The attendant waited until I was registered to tell me there was No elevator service. I asked if there was staff to take my luggage up. His response was a stern; No! I shared that I could not manage my heavy luggage up. He grudgingly offered me a room on the 2nd floor. I reluctantly accepted as it was very late and would not be able to find other arrangements. Extremely disappointed in Hampton Inn. Not what I have known Hilton properties to be. Will not go back to a Hampton Inn.
