I received an email prior to my arrival that the elevator was out of order. I arrived on Friday, left on Sunday and had to walk up 3 flights of stairs to get to my room. The ice machine and vending room on the 3rd floor was also out of order! When I checked in, since I was paying on the property, the was a $100 additional charge added to my total that I was not aware of prior to arrival. The money was refunded to my credit card within 24 hours. I'm just glad one of my credit cards was able to cover the total. Probably the best part of my stay was the continental breakfast.

The hotel itself is in very nice condition. Front desk staff was very kind , everything was very clean , and our room was very spacious. Only thing I didn’t love was that the mattress is a little harder than I’d like but it was still manageable. Overall , it was a great stay and I’d go back.

Our stay went very well. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. They even gave my son complimentary snacks for participating in the Summer Special Olympic Games and bringing home a gold medal!
