I received an email prior to my arrival that the elevator was out of order. I arrived on Friday, left on Sunday and had to walk up 3 flights of stairs to get to my room. The ice machine and vending room on the 3rd floor was also out of order! When I checked in, since I was paying on the property, the was a $100 additional charge added to my total that I was not aware of prior to arrival. The money was refunded to my credit card within 24 hours. I'm just glad one of my credit cards was able to cover the total. Probably the best part of my stay was the continental breakfast.

Good but…

The food was very tasty. The check in staff could have been a little more professional. The only problem was that you all still use styrofoam plates. Please consider changing to paper.

Our stay was nice. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The only complaint was there was a strange (staff) guy sitting in front of the downstairs making us uncomfortable with his staring then he came up to our floor and sat in front of the elevator. Very weird and scary and made us feel unsafe. Other than that it was a nice stay.

CCOMFORTABLE CLEAN AND FRIENDLY STAFF

The water took a while to get hot in the shower but it was fine after I let it run. Forgot to mention to hotel the fan in the bathroom was not working.
