About this space
Spacious modern 820sq ft Loft located in rural Boulder County near Erie. Fully furnished with kitchenette and private bath. Vaulted ceilings with great mountain view to the west. Close to walking trails in lush, rural setting. Fully stocked kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and induction burner cooktop. Dining area seats four and great for games and remote work. Living area has large HD TV with Dish Network and gas stove. Free fast WiFi. Meticulously cleaned.

The space
The large, open Loft has vaulted ceilings and offers a comfortable queen-size bed. Plenty of room is available for the extra queen airbed or twin portable bed if needed (extra charge for more than two adults). Two large sky lights in the vaulted ceiling open to the stars. The loaded kitchenette provides all the utensils, cookware and dishes required for six. A continental breakfast is provided for the first night. Air conditioning and a gas fireplace/stove provide extra heat and coolness. The Loft is set back from the street on a one acre lot in a rural area. Free parking is provided on a gravel driveway. The Loft entry is located through detached garage via stairs with no handicap access. It is a very secure location with steel door and a European style lock. As the Loft is an open floor plan, no more than four adults can be accommodated.

The Loft is conveniently located one hour from Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park, 20 minutes from Boulder and CU events, 30 minutes from Denver and its many attractions, 40 minutes from Loveland and an hour from Ft. Collins. Great snow skiing is an hour away.

No pets. No smoking. Note Colorado now charges $0.10 for all store bags, both plastic and paper. A small number of cloth bags are in the Loft for your convenience. Contact us about a discount if traveling with children under twelve.

We follow recommended cleaning and disinfecting protocols for Covid-19.

Guest access
Entire loft above garage is private space available for guest use. Access is through garage, then up stairs to suite.

Perfectly peaceful!
What a lovely property! The loft is very clean, cozy, private, and perfect for a short or long stay. The fridge was stocked with juice, milk, yogurt, bottled water and plenty of coffee and cereal. It made my mornings very nice! The view and country drive to the location was extremely beautiful and very pleasant after a long day working in Boulder. This is one of my top 5 favorite locations to stay when visiting the Boulder area. Quiet & convenient!
