Luxurious Villa Mowana is located in Dalmatia in the town of Privlaka, where you can enjoy it with your family or a group of your closest friends. The villa is a special modern house where you can enjoy the natural atmosphere that will give you a feeling of the true Mediterranean spirit of life. The villa was built in 2023 in modern style and is fully air-conditioned. Maximum 8 people can stay in the villa and you will have 270 m2 of living space where you can enjoy peace and relaxation. Villa Mowana is located in the first row to the sea. On the spacious terraces you can enjoy the beautiful, wide sea view while you drink your morning coffee in peace. On the first floor there is a living room with corner sofa, two-seater, coffee table and TV, as well as a modern and fully equipped high-gloss kitchen where you can easily prepare meals for the whole family. There is also a bar with 3 bar stools. In the dining room there is a dining table with 8 seats. On the first floor there is a game room where you can have fun playing billiards, and the little ones will be delighted by the PlayStation game console. On the 1st floor you will stay comfortably in 2 bedrooms with single beds 90 x 200 each and corresponding en-suite bathrooms with shower, if needed the beds can be put together, there is also another bedroom with king size bed 180 x 200. On the 2nd floor there is a fourth bedroom with also king size bed 180 x 200, which also has its own bathroom with shower cabin and bathtub. On the outdoor terrace you will feel like a king and enjoy the heated pool of 39 m² and 1.5 meters deep. Next to the pool is a sunbathing area with 8 deck chairs, a romantic Jacuzzi and covered seating. You can also use the outdoor gas grill and taste the prepared dishes at the outdoor dining table for 8 people. Other features of Mowana Villa include a washing machine and an iron. You can also take advantage of a separate toilet, a high chair and a baby crib. The villa's courtyard is fully fenced and offers 3 private parking spaces. The entrance to the courtyard is through an electric gate. You can also use a charger for electric cars. Privlaka is a small fishing and tourist village, ideal for a family vacation, known for its beautiful beaches, pine forests by the sea and clear sea. Take the opportunity and go on a day trip or tour of nature parks such as Tela??ica and Velebit. You can also visit national parks like Krka waterfalls, Paklenica or Kornati. You will be especially impressed by the historical towns of Nin and Zadar, which offer everything you need for a well-rounded vacation: delicious gastronomic offers, attractions and local activities such as diving, horseback riding and fishing. The beach bar is only 200 meters away from the villa. The town of Nin, the oldest royal town in Croatia, just 3 km away, is definitely a must for every traveler. Here you will find restaurants and beach bars for the most demanding gourmets, and always at the right price! Many of them offered cuisine with seasonal and regional products. Also try rafting, water sports, sailing or horseback riding. One of the easiest and yet most beautiful activities is usually walking along the promenade, which is quite long and continuous, offering wonderful views and enjoying the fresh air.
