Loved! Perfect size for me and my friend! Walking distance to (the worst) stadium, plenty of dining options close-by. There was even a small outdoor space connected to the apartment that was really lovely to just sit and enjoy in the morning.

This is a great hotel! Staff was very friendly and quick to help with any questions. Exercise room was well equipped, and equipment was in great condition. The rooms were spacious, very clean and comfy beds. The downside is that you have to valet, and that can get backed up. Also, there are limited dining options at the hotel, but many in the area. I would definitely stay here again!

Overall, it was a great stay. Everything was clean in the room. The staff was friendly. I did notice a few things though. The entrance outside could use some love. Giant pots had dirt flowing from the bottom all over the concrete where you enter. This is a simple fix but was not tended to the entire time we were there. The rooftop bar had beautiful views of the downtown area but was extremely understaffed for a holiday weekend. Poor planning on managements part or corporate maybe. One lone waitress for the entire seating area inside and out could barely keep up.

The property was nice. The room was spacious. The beds were not very comfortable, but we were able to sleep. The room was clean other than the furniture covered with material that had stains, so we just didn’t use them. I parked in a lot down the street for $20 rather than spending $40 to park at the hotel. Overall, I would stay here again.

Great stay

Our family of four stayed here for two nights. Amazing staff, very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and the area was within walking distance of shops, trails, etc. Our only issue was with the valet service, which we paid $40 per day for: on our last day the attendant didn’t show up, so we had to schlep all of our luggage blocks to our car.

Numerous issues: 1- arrived at 3:30pm for our check-in, Anthony at the front desk informed us our room wasn’t ready as a high status guest was in the room until 4pm. When I asked if they could call they said they won’t disturb the guest. I then asked for a temporary room and I was told they don’t have maid services to clean the room. Then who is going to clean our room I asked, the front desk seemed confused by that. 2- our plumbing did not work, the shower only had water running for the tub and the sink faucets
