Esencia Premiere, located on the left side of the house when facing the ocean, is a spacious and beautifully appointed 2-bedroom suite that has recently undergone renovations. With partial ocean views from within and breathtaking full views from the covered porch, this suite boasts its own private pool set amidst luxurious gardens. As an added bonus, a complimentary SUV-type car is provided for your island exploration. Furthermore, the renowned restaurants, boutiques, and grocery stores of Grace Bay are just a short 5-minute drive away.

Payment Information:
* We charge 50% upon booking.
* The other 50% balance is due 60 days before check-in.
* We will charge the entire booking amount if the reservation is within 60 days.
100% Refund Policy if we can Rebook your unit
Cancellation Policy:
We offer up to 100% cancellation if we can rebook your unit during your time slot. If we can't rebook your unit we will work with you to reschedule at a date that works for us both in mid or low-season (May 01 to Dec 15 â Excluding Holidays).
Note: VRBO does not offer in their normal cancellation policies our flexible offering. We are offering a 100% refund if we can rerent your unit.
