The host was communicative. The house was fine but the communal area is very small. We would have liked to have known that we would have to buy our own toilet paper halfway through the stay. Also, the golf cart stopped working the second to the last day we were there so we couldn’t use it.

Weekend stay in long bay

The property was quite good and exactly what had been advertised. All necessary accoutrements were present. The owner is extremely responsive to questions and the property was easy to find. The interior was very comfortable and the unit’s location felt quite safe. I would highly recommend this property for a very affordable convenient location to the long Bay beach and overall a great experience.

Christmas vacation in Turks

We had a wonderful time on our second trip to the island this Christmas, 2 adults and two children. The villa was about 600 meters from the long bay beach and it was convenient using the golf cart to get there. This beach was quiet and beautiful, the way we like them. There is a convenient store that sells water, ice and alcohol within a walking distance, very handy. The villa was small but we knew this before, so no surprise there. We needed to be imaginative for the seating while eating inside since there is no kitchen table but we managed. We thought we would sit outside for meals, but mosquitoes were way too agressive. Shanwell, our host, was fast at answering our demands, attentionate and was pleasant to deal with. The car rental was a must and we have visited, Taylor, Leeward, Bight and Grace bay beaches. They are all very differents from each other and are wonderful to visit. We hope to return again, Turks is one of our favorite destination.

Everything You Need

Wonderful small rental home. Everything you need and nothing that you don't. We do not spend a lot of time in the residences when we are on vacation so this was a perfect jumping off point for the exploration of TCI. Thank you to Daniel and Newmond, owner and manager, respectively.
