First floor 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit with travertine flooring. Screened porch with dining table and chairs. Master suite with ocean/pool view. Grandview is an 18 unit complex nestled between the luxurious Grace Bay Club and Royal West Indies resort perfect Grace bay oceanfront location with out the large price. Condo leads directly out onto the pool deck with hot tub and gazebo complete with ocean view hammocks. Convenient to groceries, restaurants and boutique shopping.

Everything about our stay was incredible. The condo was so clean and luxurious. It was equipped with everything we needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the location was perfect. Jing and Johnny were there within minutes if we had any questions. Our host, Michael, was so accommodating and responsive, We cannot wait to go back to this amazing oasis!

We had a fantastic stay at this beach condo in Turks and Caicos. The property was beautiful, comfortable, clean, well stocked and perfectly located for a relaxing getaway. Our main contact, Jing, was incredibly easy to work with. She was responsive, helpful, and made everything smooth from start to finish. Amazing!!

We LOVED our stay at this stunning condo! It’s huge inside and so tastefully decorated. It is perfectly situated on the first floor with plenty of privacy in this quiet building. The location is perfect for exploring all the dining and shopping options a short drive away. Fantastic views and the best access to the gorgeous beach! Being greeted by Jing with some delicious punch was a bonus and there was not a thing we were lacking during our stay as the owners have thought of everything you would need for your visit. Top notch home that we would happily return to again and again!!

Fantastic property!

Our family had a fantastic stay! The unit is clean, comfortable and very convenient to great dining. The pool is very clean and the beach is white sand, clear blue water. Turks is fantastic and this unit is right in the middle of everything a family would need or want. The host and property manager are very responsive and friendly! Def will be returning!!

Wonderful, relaxing stay!

We have been going to Provo for over thirty years. If you want to get away from the crowds, this place is it. It's so quiet, and peaceful. There's not a restaurant or outdoor bar on property. We fixed our own breakfast, lunches, and drinks, went out to dinners each night, which saved us a lot of money. The tradeoff was worth it. This was our second stay at this resort. two different condos, both were very nice, and the beach front with plenty of loungers/umbrellas is to die for. It also has a gated parking lot. The condo was very comfortable, spacious, and very clean... had everything we needed plus some. Coolers, icepacks, some spices, plenty of beach towels, washer/dryer, and laundry detergent, local phone to use, books with information on dining, things to do. This is my new go to place to rent! Check in was great... we had no problems at all. Condo management was very attentive, and accessible. Hope to visit next year!

Ideal spring break location

Family of five (three kids: ages 12/11/8), thankful for the two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room pullout, and screened in dining space. We were there during spring break and felt like the condo building was only half occupied. Easy walk out from the condo to pool/hot tub, and beach access (with umbrellas and chairs always available). Property manager was local and responsive. We could walk along the beach to other resorts and dining.

Everything was as described or better. New appliances, a fridge I wanted to take home, Jing was a perfect host and so helpful. The entire staff at Grandview was amazing. The owners of other condos were friendly and gave great restaurant suggestions. The perfect holiday in the perfect location. 10/10

Wonderful Stay!

We loved our stay at Grandview and will definitely be back. We particularly appreciated the proximity to the beach and the spacious and comfortable accommodations. Everything is modern and clean. Beds are comfortable. Bath and beach towels are good quality. Kitchen is well stocked. Therese and Jing were both quick to respond to questions. Pool and common areas are well maintained. Small but well-equipped gym. Walking distance to several good restaurants. 10/10.

Everything about this property and trip were great. The condo was clean, well-appointed and ideally located. Being ground-level was a huge plus. Perfect stay at Grandview

My family and I stayed for 9 days over March Break and have overwhelmingly positive things to say about the condo, the management, the building and the location. Everything is exactly as advertised, maybe even better. The unit is very clean, contemporary and comfortable. The rental manager, Jing, was very welcoming, professional, and responsive. The condo building is on the best stretch of beach on Grace Bay! Such a gem. We never had any issues with beach chairs, and we were often had the pool and hot tub to ourselves. The other unit owners and renters we met were 100% friendly and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend both this unit and Grandview!
