It’s a walking distance to the beach, alongside a bunch of shops! About 25 minutes at most. all of our taxis had a hard time finding it at first but eventually got it down. Honestly made us feel more secluded and safe. There was one cockroach
 but the owner came by as quick as possible from work to get it for us and gave us some raid and made sure we were alright. They are common in that climate but couldn’t keep that to myself! Enough towels for beach for 2 but plenty for showers. Also comes with dryer/washer so that’s super nice! Overall we were happy with our stay.

Perfect for us!

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The walk to and from the beach area is about 15-20 min which passes by so many different restaurants and coffee shops. We loved how close it is to Crackpot and Abandoned Bar for dining and swimming! We reached out the the owner once for a bathroom lightbulb change and to fix the fridge. He responded immediately and sorted everything promptly. We would definitely stay here again.

Beware. This property is NOT in a safe area. I booked this in advance and three days before arrival had still heard nothing from the property owner. Despite calls to VRBO, the owner never responded. I booked other accommodations, and finally received a message from the owner after I had already landed and was settled in another hotel. My friend and I drove by just to see where it was, and we were terrified. Thankfully I never went inside, so I can’t speak to the apartment itself, but the area was not good. Getting to the property itself would have been difficult, stray dogs were running around chasing our car, and there is nothing around. Might be okay for some, but definitely not for 2 women. My friend and I both agreed we wouldn’t have gotten out of the car in the area, and felt very unsafe. I was out the money for the stay despite speaking to VRBO in advance, but after seeing the place decided it was a small price to pay to have avoided staying there.

The communication from the property owner was non-existent during our stay. I left several phone messages and also sent several messages through Expedia and heard nothing back. The apartment itself is fine but the location was not safe, there were wild dogs around the property and there was a steep hill to get up to the property with a poorly maintained driving surface. Additionally, the fridge was not working properly and we lost power the last day we were there so we had to find a new place to stay prematurely. We had minimal toilet paper, paper towel and dish cleaning supplies. If you stay here, know that the price of the property is great but what I described above will most likely happen to you.

Great location, great flat, perfect for single or couple, super close to Grace Bay beach and Leeward two of the best beach on the island, close to cafes and shops, quiet and peaceful in evenings
