Great location
The house location was perfect and the pool lovely. The description of being at grandma’s house was spot on. Cozy but when you lifted pillows and throw blankets - you found ripped cushions and busted chairs.

Great getaway
Had a very enjoyable stay at the cottage for 4 nights! Perfect setup for 2 adults/2 kids people with lots of privacy on the property. Close to the beach and restaurants. Host was extremely responsive! Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Location and Privacy near Grace Bay
Wonderful secluded property on Grace Bay. Very sweet private setting within walking distance to awesome beaches. Cottage is a little dated but location and privacy make up for it. Had a wonderful 9-day stay here.

Adorable cottage
We had a wonderful stay at Columbus cottage. We loved the quiet location, away from the main Grace Bay area but close enough to visit for meals and shopping. The cottage is rustic but quaint. Very confortable for the 3 of us. Would definitely recommend.

Nice little cottage but rustic
As the other reviews indicate, the cottage reminds one of a camp in the Maine woods. The house is right by the road, but it is protected by thick shrubbery so you never see cars going by. The pool is beautiful and the pool deck is a great place to read in the morning. As the other reviews indicate, the veranda is a nice place to eat your meals and enjoy the breeze but there are not any places to lounge. While the Mexican decor is interesting to look at, there are very few places to sit comfortably other than the two couches in the living room. Overall, a cute cottage for a reasonable price, but plan on spending most of your time at the pool or the beach.

Beach Pool Eat Sleep Repeat
We had a fantastic vacation at this "perfect hideaway spot" home! Couldnt imagine that it would all live up to our expectations of an island getaway, but it did! Owner is a great communicator, property manager was super, and the gardener was pleasant. So relaxing! Pool was excellent! We hope to be back next spring! Cheers! J & B

Beautiful secluded dwelling - perfect for families with kids
We loved our time at this VRBO. The property is tucked away off the street and surrounded with gardens on all sides, providing a nice privacy barrier from the neighbors. The pool is large and has a nice shaded area for eating right next to it as well. The inside of the house is laid out almost like two squares. The outer “shell” has some seating areas and a bed that my teenage son slept in - both to feel like he was sleeping outside and to get some distance from his brother 😂. The inner “shell” with the main rooms of the house have several ceiling fans, and with all the windows open we never had to use AC. We got a ton of use of the beach gear (shovels, chairs, etc.). The best piece of beach equipment was the fabric tent. We had to read the detailed instructions a few times to get it to stand up straight and solid, but we found it WAY better than a regular umbrella - as those have a tendency to rip out of the ground when a good breeze hits them. All said, this was a great place to stay for our first trip to TCI. We would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I have stayed here many times and we keep coming back because it is exactly what we like. It's quiet and very private with a lovely garden and pool and cozy house. I agree with all the five star reviews here.
