Sagusta Gardens PLS property is centrally located just off the Leeward Highway, first left after Menzies Medical Practices (Glass Shack Corner) on Albacore Close, Providenciales. Less than 10 minutes away from the airport but very near to supermarkets; shopping; popular restaurants and bars in Turtle Cove; water sports; and many sandy beaches.

You’ll love the ambiance and the convenience of the fully furnished living/dining room with table to accommodate 4 persons, sofa with pull out queen sized bed; fully equipped kitchen (stove with oven, microwave, toaster, full size fridge, tea kettle, coffee maker), washer/dryer and bedroom with queen-sized bed. Ideal for couples, solo adventurers, small families and business travellers alike.

There are lounge chairs for relaxation or sunbathing, a grill, and a communal swimming pool if you fancy a nice dip! (No lifeguard on duty). Additional entertaining space is also available on the porch or under the Gazebo for a casual drink, romantic breakfast or evening dining. Also beach chairs and umbrellas, . Free Parking is available in front of the pool or at the entrance on the right.

Most beaches are only 5 to 15 minutes away. Our quiet location is perfect for relaxation, to enjoy the night life and all that Providenciales has to offer.

Beautiful Place!!

We couldn’t have asked for a more friendly host (Sarah)! She was a joy to work with! Also the apartment was very nice! I loved having washer and dryer in the space!! Would definitely recommend and would stay again!!

An ok place for two ONLY

The hosts were great. As I read in other reviews there were ants in the bathroom for us as well but that didn’t bother us much. We were a family of four and the Sofa bed is in very poor condition. It is not in a condition for people to sleep on. The appartment was fine for two people only.

Pros: Washer and dryer in unit. Central location. The property manager is incredibly kind and responsive. The property grounds are maintained. Cons: The property itself is not updated. The roosters crow all morning, and the dogs bark all night. There were ants in the bedroom. Swing set was broken. Pool was very cold. TV signal was not stable. Despite the cons, I would recommend Sagusta Gardens simply because it was reasonable. The location is also amazing, as it is a good starting point for any destination on the island. The property manager was great to work with and she was very responsive to any and all questions. All in all though, with a good update to the property, this place would definitely be 5 stars.

Nicely decorated unit 15A.

The unit was well equipped. Very important was a comfy queen bed, pillows and sheets. The washer and dryer was very handy to wash clothes after the beach.
