Pool was very small with limited seating. Property is not on the beach. Service in the restaurant was incredibly slow. Manager running around while waitstaff did nothing.

The hotel is nice and very clean as it was newly built. With that in mind, there were a few things the hotel still needed to complete or work out, such as: no garbage bins anywhere outside the rooms (but staff were more than happy to help with disposal in common areas), no fan / ventilation in the bathrooms making it difficult for swimwear to dry (can alternatively dry on the balconies), the cushions on loungers were left out during the rain so were still soaked the next morning when it was sunny (had to stack multiple layers of towels to lie on the loungers) etc. However, in the grand scheme of things, those items would not be deal breakers and overall, the stay was good value for what we paid, rooms/beds are comfortable, hotel aesthetic is very nice, it is close to the Grace Bay West beach (5 min walking) but they also offer complimentary use of bikes or an 8 min drive to the primary Grace Bay Beach area, the coffee bar and oven-baked pizzas were delicious, and the staff was really great! I would definitely come back to Hotel Indigo in TCI again!

Wonderful boutique Hotel. The staff made this place sooo lovely, warm and welcoming. Location is nice and secluded so if you want some quiet and relaxation away from the crowded central area of grace bay, Indigo is your spot. The beach area is just perfect. Quiet, peaceful, with water like green glass. The rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable, if a little small. Getting to beach was easy with hotel shuttle ready at a moments notice. Food was tasty for breakfast and lunch. All together a great spot for a really good price. You wont be disappointed.

The hotel staff was great.The restaurant food was very good, but the service was a bit slow. I thought the pool was beautiful and we enjoyed the nearby games. Internet service was very inconsistent and made making online dinner reservations difficult. Overall, it was a good experience.

Staff were incredibly nice. Beautiful new hotel. Managers were helpful, kind and worked really hard to ensure we were happy. Mama juju, who is often working in their boutique, but also helps hosting in the restaurant, is the absolute sweetest.Customer service was best at our hotel, and better than anywhere else on the island that we visited including at the Ritz. The gym is tiny but well equipped. Would highly recommend.

This place is really great. There's a complimentary beach shuttle that takes you to the beach and you can QR code your drink orders which they can deliver to you. Bike rentals (which are also complimentary) are also excellent. Staff will help you answer any questions you have about local places to visit. They will also book taxis for you if you request it. Place is very well kept and clean and can't stress enough how friendly the staff were. The only thing to note is that when you are coming back from the beach, if a shuttle isn't waiting nearby you will have to walk back (which isn't a long walk but after a long day of swimming it can feel tiring). You also need a cab or bike if you want to try local foods instead of just hotel food. For some reason the washrooms don't have vents so if you take a long hot shower and open your washroom door, the steam can set off the fire alarm which goes off for a few seconds, then stops, followed by staff coming by to check that everything is okay. Staff are super friendly so it is not too much of a hassle but it does stay on your mind if you take long showers.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Indigo Turks and Caicos. The property is newly opened and has a relaxed, boutique vibe. Everything felt fresh, thoughtfully considered and clean; the rooms were both comfortable and inviting. What made the experience especially memorable was the staff. Everyone we encountered was warm, friendly and genuinely helpful, always ready to accommodate with ease and kindness. While the hotel is not directly on the beach, it is just a short four-minute walk away. Once there, you’ll find loungers and umbrellas waiting and the water is absolutely stunning. We spent time snorkeling every day and never tired of it. It was a beautiful, easygoing stay from start to finish and a trip we will remember fondly.

This property had outstanding hospitality. They treated us like family the day we checked in. The rooms and the rest of the property are very clean. Hotel provides a golf cart shuttle to and from the beach. Housekeeping crew works extremely hard to maintain the cleanliness of the property. The entire front desk team is professional and friendly. The hotel restaurant staff do an amazing job taking care of you. Food was delicious and presentation was perfect! I would definitely stay at the property again if we were to come back. Hospitality was 10/10. Mikel was amazing. The staff would come help you before you could even ask. Amenities weren’t the best. On site items were pricey. WiFi was spotty. Food and drink options limited. Beach was nice, it’s a 5 min walk without the beach shuttle service.

The perfect couples vacation! Thank you Hotel Indigo Turks & Caicos Grace Bay by IHG for such a wonderful stay at their beautiful new hotel on Grace Bay. Everyone treated us like part of the family, and they were all so warm and welcoming. Special Thank you to Benidie, Sonali, Laverne, Moesha, Julie (Miss Juju), Prakash, Maribel, Wadly (Prophet), and Chef Dennis and his entire team at Il Forno Restaurant (on-site) for being so accommodating. Everyone works so hard here, and it clearly shows. The restaurant on-site Il Forno is absolutely the best dining experience I've had on the island to date. The rooms are beautiful, and have everything you need to feel right at home on your vacation. The breakfast, lunch and dinner is absolutely delicious. Highly recommended you have your breakfast, lunch and dinner at this hotel. They have a gorgeous pool, about 3.5 feet deep. The main event is the beautiful beach. They have a golf cart to take you to the Grace Bay beach. 10/10 highly recommended you stay here. This is the perfect hotel for adult couples who want a quiet and relaxing vacation on Grace Bay beach. Thank you again to the Hotel Indigo staff for being so welcoming and accommodating, and making our stay so wonderful. We came as guests and left and friends & family. We can't wait to return soon!
