This beautifully updated 2nd floor condo has an ocean view of “Grace Bay beach” and ocean. It’s located on the island's best snorkel reef which is ideal for snorkeling enthusiasts and it’s ideal for swimming as the shore has soft, white powder sand.
There is 1324 sq feet of living space, and there are two separate bedrooms featuring a king bed in each room and private en-suites in each bedroom. This condo has a fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils you need.
Grace Bay beach has repeatedly been voted the number one beach in the world!

This condo has a fully equipped modern kitchen with dining, living room, powder room, as well as pullout queen sofa with a memory gel mattress in the living room. This unit is great for 4 adults and 2 children (under 12 yrs old). There is complimentary onsite laundry, as well as parking and wifi services for your convenience.

DEVELOPER-MANAGED GUEST SERVICES OFFICE ONSITE...If you book with us you get 2 x 20 min de-stress massages (7 night minimum), Welcome rum punch, daily maid service, guest services onsite, complimentary beach towels, loungers, umbrellas on the beach!!!

Great snorkeling!

We really liked the condo being right on the beach and pool was a nice change for our 16 month old! Tyler was very helpful in arranging a 1/2 day snorkel trip that was awesome as well as a grocery shop before we arrived. Construction noise not an issue at all. We did not rent a car but taxis were expensive.

Green Monster

While we were aware of construction, the new construction was green and huge. Not to mention, the workers would get started by 720 am if not earlier. Even on weekends! Other than that, the unit is awesome! The people are great and accommodating.

The condo was great. Plenty of space for the 4 of us. Enjoyed haven't breakfast every morning on the patio. Though there is construction the view will be limited in the future it is still pleasant. There will still be a view of the ocean. And a good breeze. During our stay we kept the ac off in the living room and kitchen and opened the big 4 door patio doors to maintain a pleasant temperature and enjoy the beautiful weather. The 2 bed rooms have individual ac units and kept the rooms a pleasant temperature no problem, we just kept the doors to the rooms closed to keep the cooler air in them. The construction started every day around 730am and was fairly constant throughout the day untill about 530pm. This was a non issue for us as we would be up before construction and on the beach about the time it started and in the evening we could enjoy the balcony peacefully.

Perfect get-away!

A great property. Loved the view. We were there for 4 days/5 nights. It's very comfortable. Tyler was great. He always had a smile and was very helpful. Three of us had massages in the condo. That was great. Some of us parasailed and they picked us up right there on the beach. The restaurant, Somewhere, was good and so much fun. Cleaning staff was excellent, also. We would stay there again.

Great location, friendly staff!

Great location, excellent snorkeling over the coral reef that is literally right in front of the beach at the property. Easy check-in/check-out procedures, plenty of parking, nice & friendly staff. Two king bed master bedroom configuration with separate full bathrooms was ideal for two couples. Beach bar & restaurant on the property was fun & had decent food. Housekeeping cleans the room every day. Would recommend this property!

Perfect getaway for girls only vacation

We were a group of 5 women in our 60’s traveling without our male partners . Due to the splendid location of Coral Gardens, with a magnificent beach and the only Coral formation on Grace Bay, we never had to go anywhere but stayed put the entire time . Our unit had gorgeous ocean views , was clean and comfortable. We truly had a good time and will come back again.

Great location for snorkeling and beach fun

We were very happy with having some of the best snorkeling on the island in front of the property. Everyone was very friendly and check in/out was a breeze. Really liked that we had a full kitchen and the bedrooms are on another level with plenty of privacy. 3 bathrooms were an added bonus, highly recommend.

Grace Bay Vacay!

My wife and another couple found the layout of the condo to be a good fit for us. The extra 1/2 bath was convenient as well. Easy Access to Grace Bay and the views from our balcony sealed the deal on the booking. Somewhere Cafe provided a good spot for breakfast, snacks, dinner one night and drinks. Also solid Live music several nights a week. The views from the upper deck are awesome. Snorkeling kept us entertained when we weren’t walking the beach or in lounge chairs. We rented a car and with in 10-20 minutes visited the Fish Fry, Long Bay, Chalk Sound, Sopadilla Beach, and Turtle Bay Marina. Only downside is there isn’t a lot of shopping right nearby, so we hopped in the car to get to the main shopping zone. We’ll be back.

Perfect location

Leanne was easy and quick to respond to questions. Our property was ready early which was nice. Rum punch greeted us once we arrived which was a nice touch. Tyler helped us multiple times throughout our stay. Jerome and the man that takes the beach chairs away took there job very seriously and will help you in a second! The condo was stocked well and very clean. Betsy, the best cleaning lady I ever had, kept our condo clean and was very respectable on when to enter. She was my favorite employee!! Location was perfect and even though this is a smaller cheaper condo it has a gear view and is all I wanted. We went to Beaches last time but this experience was almost as nice. Adding more seating in the living room would be nice. The tvs were hard for me to operate in the bedroom s but I’m not that techy. We loved our stay. TY Corral Gardens! Also, we felt so safe the entire time! Security is always watching even though you don’t realize it. We had an incident and security was on point!

Perfect location, great layout

This condo has the perfect layout with basically two primary suites. Perfect for families or two couples. Great location right in front of where everyone snorkels. Beach is beautiful and Jerome is amazing at setting up chairs for everyone. We will be coming back to this exact condo!
