The room at Zenza was spotless. The rooms look exactly like the pictures shown. The staff was courteous and helped with navigating the island. Will definitely recommend to others.

Room was clean and modern—glass bowl sinks and open stone showers. Comfortable beds and pillows, big ceiling fan and excellent AC. Quiet. Complimentary bottled waters throughout your stay. Balcony with comfy chairs and peaceful view of the yachts coming in and out. Literally ten steps from Baci restaurant and The Sharkbite. Pool is small but barely anyone there. Very modern and HEATED, so super enjoyable to take a dip in. Managers at the front are super helpful and are truly invested in getting everything right for your stay. Mango Reef Restaurant so close as well. Complimentary beach lounges, towels, umbrellas, and snorkel gear. They will take you and pick you up from a great beach right on Smith’s Reef—we saw tons of sea turtles, fish, and a stingray! Every time we went we saw more than we ever saw at Bight Reef. Away from Grace Beach, but just a short taxi ride to get there. Not fancy or as high end as the places on Grace Beach, but new and clean and safe and overall, a great experience if this is what you’re looking for.

Large balcony with pretty view of the harbor.Good size room.Loved the fresh pastries, fruit, & coffee included each day. Beach with good snorkeling a 10 minute walk. Many dining options within 10-15 minute drive. Would recommend renting a car.

Staff was amazing. Professional attention to details always had beach towels and water available they had snacks as well delicious , room was beautiful the staff even decorated it for us as a surprise for our honeymoon. Definitely recommend

Room is very clean and property is quite comfortable. It is not in the main touristy area, but is still walking distance to several restaurants and beaches. The room was quite clean, but it was a bit awkward to have the toilet and shower share a door (only one could be closed at a time) and be open to the main living area. The shower door did not completely close, so there was not much privacy. The staff went above and beyond to help me coordinate a car rental when my reservation at the airport fell through.

Great hotel for a quick trip. 4 restaurants in walking distance and beach is a short golf cart ride or walk away. There are chairs on the beach our driver always helped us set up and umbrellas if requested. Front desk had pasteries and fruit in the mornings and cold water bottles and coffee 24/7. Would recommend this hotel. Only quirky is the bathrooms - a sliding door for the toilet and shower.
