This 1 bedroom cabin is located on the Provo River. You'll enjoy stunning river and mountain views. Located 15 minutes from both Provo and Heber City. There is a park steps from the cabin that has a playground, basketball court and fire pit. This is one of 3 cabins located at the end of our amazing RV park. There are planned events through the summer you can participate in, or stay to yourself and enjoy some peace and quiet by the beautiful Provo River.

Our getaway
Upon entering the cabin we were impressed with the coziness and welconing decor. However the functionality of the furnishings was a different story. All of the living room furniture needs replaced. The couch was unusable and the chairs weren't much better. The out door cushions need to be kept in a waterproof storage container. We have noticed this is a common occurence with VRBO. We absolutely loved the fireplace and Kevin the property manager. We want to return because of the location and amenities. The kitchen could use a couple of new frying pans. There was only one and it was damaged. When we return we look forward to lounging on a comfortable sofa. Thank you for this lovely place to stay.

Everybody was so friendly here. The property is beautiful, great river access, and so much to do! Highly recommend staying here.

Nice get away!
Cabin was clean, friendly staff, perfect location to be close to everything, yet far enough away to relax without the crowds. For all the peeps complaining and leaving negative reviews due to it be private property, there are a ton of fish hiding here! 😂
