The service from the staff was terrible, getting reception or concierge would take forever. We asked for extra blankets and what they brought was a joke! They claimed that was their blankets quality which U could not believe but the problem was that they did not seem to care. They sent a cheese plate a bottle of wine to change our experience, which was appreciated but the whole experience wasn’t pleasant.

The service and hospitality was incredible. Everyone was polite and friendly and I have absolutely no complaints. The food was delicious, cleanliness was great, room service 10/10. The pool was relaxing and clean , my spouse and I had massages and they were also a great experience.
