Although the room was chilly and did not have traditional windows, the room's historic atmosphere and design were wonderful, the hotel had a great atmosphere, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Charm in the historico centro.

It is a colonial building 300-400 years old. The charm is tangible. Our room had no windows and the lighting was inadequate. We did have plenty of room. The breakfast was great and the staff very helpful. three blocks from the zocalo.

Bien situado

Beautiful, clean hotel close to city center

We had a great time at Casa Abolengo. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and a beautiful, more traditional style. The location was close to the zocalo and walking distance to the markets and other central areas (next door to the best museum in Puebla). We rated the hotel 4 instead of 5 stars because there was no Wi-Fi and we couldn't get access to our cell phone data inside of our room (we had to go to the courtyard area). Also, the noise in the courtyard could be heard inside of our room (it didn't bother us much, but it might bother others).
