This hotel is as bad as they come.The room smells, beds and the pillow are not clean to use, noise everywhere, and its location is far from anything attractive. This is a very low level hotel that is more like a run-down hostel, a dump. Stay clear from it.

Mal hotel de paso.

Al reservar un hotel económico sabía que mis expectativas no podían ser altas, aún así me decepcionó, no encontraban mi reservación cuando llegamos, los colchones están envueltos en plástico ruidoso e incómodo, no había toallas y tuvimos que salir a pedirlas, lo peor de todo es que algún insecto me picó mientras dormía y me sentí muy mal a causa del piquete. En definitiva no vuelvo a hospedarme allí.

No respetaron mi reservación

Antes de llegar al hotel llame para preguntar sobre mi reservación y me dijeron que no había problema si llegaba después del check-in, llegué y resulto que no tenían habitaciones disponibles aún cuando yo reserve y pague desde hace más de un mes, me dijeron que en su sistema no aparecía mi reservación por lo que llamaron a Expedia para confirmar el pago el cual si estaba realizado. Su solución fue mandarme a un motel de paso el cual estaba en muy malas condiciones y no me quedó de otra más que aceptarlo ya que no me iban a realizar ningún tipo de reembolso. Sinceramente después de esto no recomiendo para nada el Hotel Condesa Americana.

Necesitamos el hotel por su ubicación y precio en Puebla para dormir ya que íbamos de paso en familia, pero si nos sorprendió el área un poco inadecuada y el hotel muy reducido en habitaciones, hubo un problema en el check-in pero nos dieron solución.

La habitacion del hotel muy reducida,el costo m resulta alto por las condiciones del hotel el personal no es tan atento,en la noche el personal se la paso aciendo nucho ruido el agua del hotel es pesima en el baño hay una ventana que si la abres te ces casi tdo pra afuera ,el agua dela regadera por momentos dalio bien fria,no m quedaria proximamente.
