Beyond my expectations, this hotel is the perfect balance between historic building restoration and modern luxury amenities. It disconnect you from the city’s noise and vibrant environment into a quiet and private space. The restoration work is marvelous. It’s personnel is attentive, charming and eager to make your stay as pleasant as can be.

I loved the hotel. The staff were great, the attention to detail and to the guests was impecable. We were treated like royalty here. I will definitely recommend it to friends and family. This was the best hotel we have stayed at in Puebla. I loved the breakfast and the rooms were clean and spacious. You definitely get more than enough for the price. I will be returning to this hotel if I am ever back in Puebla.

The staff were very friendly and attentive, and we really enjoyed our stay overall. The only reason I’m not giving a perfect score is because the room didn’t have any drawers or dressers to store our clothes. Since my family and I stayed for a few days, it became a bit inconvenient having to keep everything in our suitcases.

The hotel is an excellent location. We were placed in a room with a nice view; this was a pleasant surprise. The bed was comfortable. Our room was quiet. Breakfast was very good. Great staff! The hotel gets 5 stars from me These are not cons for me, but just so you knows for you: The bathroom did not have a ventilator; your partner will hear everything that goes on in there. The hotel has a minimalistic vibe going on. Very small workout facilities. Very small pool. We noticed very few guests (not sure if they were just sleeping-in)
