Tienen muy pocas personas en el staff del hotel. Siento que si hacen todo dentro de sus posibilidades para atender bien pero no alcanza. Tardan en abrirte el estacionamiento para que entres o salgas, no tiene restaurante ni maquina de hielos.

I liked that the area felt safe and walkable and you needed the keycard to access the upper floors via the elevator. I did not like that there was not much warm water and that the rooms were extremely dated, worn, stained.

I booked Sonata Hotel for my 7 Day Trip from California. I wasn't allowed to check in earlier than 3pm. Not a big deal since they were at least able to hold my luggage until check in time. Hotel View was beautiful from the 6th floor. Issues: Daily Room Service was POOR, the first two nights, they didn't change the bathroom trash can , which was the only trash can for the WHOLE ROOM ! They also NEVER swept the floors, the left trash on the floor every day. I ended up sort of sweeping off obvious trash. Also, on the 2nd Night, My room key wasn't working so I notified front desk. The attendants seemed bothered and accused me of giving them the wrong room number as if it was my fault. Then one of them told me that someone else had checked in that room. I PANICKED!! I ask them to immediately walk me to the room to check on my stuff. They seemed even more bothered and careless and continued to argue that I was probably giving them the wrong room number. Until finally a third lady with wavy hair , sort of short in a ponytail approached and was able to take me to my room and realized that I was giving the the right room. Long story short, it was the person who checked me in who mistakenly put the wrong names in the wrong rooms. When we came back down, i was given a new key and the nice lady was super apologetic. Not like the other two who seemed to HATE their jobs and were EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I wasn't able to get their names but one of them was wearing some flower

Very unpolite and unprofessional staff. No room service. There's a Keurig coffee pod machine but they only provided one pod per stay. Sadly, the only option in Lomas de Angelópolis.

A pity ! Rooms lack maintenance. Broken closet panes marked with an X. The bed cover ripped. The fridge did not work. No floor mats and hand towels in the bathroom. You didn’t get a sense the room was clean. Several mosquitoes in the room. Just a very bad experience overall.
