Great location - close to everyting, small kitchenette on the terrace, air conditioner, hot water in the shower. Wifi was barely working in the room but was ok on the terrace.

The staff were kind and warm, but it didn’t make up for the lack of hot water and broken hairdryer. Would have appreciated if they just let the guests know about the lack of hot water rather than admitting it was non working after it was reported by a guest.

Très bien situé prix raisonnable mais j’ai réservé 2 chambres une plus cher pour mon conjoint et moi et l’autre pour nos amies. Notre chambre était extrêmement petite, un lit double, la chambre de bain minuscule et une seule prise de courant. Celle de nos amies avait deux lits queen, une très grande salle de bain, la porte patio sur la malecon et ne fermait pas correctement, la poignée de porte était très lousse , un régiment de fourmis se promenaient dans la chambre et elle ont vu une « bibitte » qui ressemblait à une coquerelle.

En lo general muy buena atención,el personal atentos en especial la señora de la cocina ,buena ubicación ,el unico fue que un día se fue el agua y se daño el aire acondicionado y pero tubo arreglo , es el inconveniente que hubo , por lo demas lo recomiendo.
