It’s a nice place and the staff were super friendly. Breakfast is a 10 out of 10. It’s a 10 of a walk to the town. Taxis are readily available for $2. I would stay there again.

I am looking for a refund as I checked out within a few hours of checking in. The property was not as advertised. The ad made it look as if there were private bathrooms in the room. That was not the case. There was a large locked metal gate that took several minutes for anyone to answer. I bought the travel insurance and would like to be refunded

Harry was a fantastic host, very attentive and really helped us make the most of our time in San Cristobal. Our son loved the cats in the property. We enjoyed a fairly quick walk to town. We also enjoyed breakfast.

Staff was incredibly helpful and hospitable. Walking distance from the main strip with restaurants. Airport pickup was included as well.

Not recommended. I booked this place on reviews, but then was sorely disappointed. Noisy, disruptive, and not peaceful. They push two twins together and call it a king. Definitely not worth $100 per night I paid.

Decent hotel

Decent hotel on the periphery of town. The owner is a nice man. Room was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good, something different everyday. It is on a hill, so some people might struggle. But easily get a cheap taxi. Walk to the beach in 15 minutes. Water dispenser very convenient. Coffee shop was closed all the time we were there.

Great hostal but slightly away from the centre.

Super hotel but just a little far out of town for me. The walk up the hill was hard in the heat but taxis were easily available and reasonable. The hotel is quirky but rooms are decent. The staff are friendly and helpful.

My husband and I stayed for 4 nights in a king bed room. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is older, the room was on the smaller side, but had a fridge and microwave. There is no tv in the room, but we didn’t really notice or need one. The breakfast was nice and the staff were friendly. There is good wifi. There is a little courtyard with lounge seats and other seating and a water jug to refill water bottles with at the front office. Luceria was very responsive to messages and was helpful and booked our taxi to the airport for our morning flight. The location was close to the waterfront for restaurants and tours, but you do have to climb up the hill on the way back (if you have mobility issues). Lots of little shops nearby for snacks and water.

The stay was not as it seemed in other reviews. I do not have any specific complaints but I just did not find anything that I particularly liked. The lady at the front desk seemed a little stressed out and was not very outgoing but did the needful. Breakfast to go was bars and juice. I would not stay here again.

Check-in was a bit bizarre because they didn't ask for any identification and the hot tub was not full, no explanation, we tried to stop by the front desk twice when staying and checking out and couldn't find anyone. Breakfast was delightful on the roof, but it's a ways away from town and felt very quiet and a bit strange with not all amenities available

Staff was amazing! Breakfast was wonderful with a beautiful view of the island. Water was provided at the entrance/check-in area. Excellent outdoor area to relax. Our room was very comfortable, offering a safe, closet, fridge, & microwave. No TV, but you don't want a tv on a beautiful island. Taxi service was great. Small pickup trucks were the taxis and readily available.

This is an amazing property. About 10 min walk from everything fun. It's family owned. The owner was there to pick us up on time and even arranged for return ride. Breakfast was nice.

We had a fantastic 3 night stay at Galápagos Eco Friendly in Dec 2024. Harry and his family were amazing hosts - friendly and accommodating. Harry met us at the airport and made sure our room had everything we needed. The room had a/c and was cleaned everyday and hot shower in the bathroom after a day out was wonderful. Breakfast every morning was very good. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it!

Excellent stay - recommended

Charming hotel, approx. 10mins walk from the waterfront. Service exceptional - Harry even kindly arranged a half day tour of the island (San Cristobal) for me at quite short notice. Would definitely recommend.
