This was a very nice hotel in the city. It was close to many restaurants as well as having an excellent one on site. The pool was refreshing and the bar by the pool served yummy drinks. The included breakfast was great and included many different varieties of food.

Good choice compared to the options

Arriving by taxi from the airport (no transportation provided by the hotel) and many other accommodations were very poor quality. This hotel is clean and good quality for a tourist town. The breakfast was included in our rate and the buffet was good. The rooms were clean with TV, safe, coffee and tea maker, nice rain showers and bidet. The staff was very responsive, but very busy. They were having to answer the phone simultaneously while checking us in. However they were also available to arrange for a taxi to the falls, massage appointment, luggage delivery to the room, etc. The fitness center was small and very old and could use some updating. We visited in winter and wanted to use the jacuzzi since the pool was not heated but the jacuzzi was not hot and the staff were not able to adjust the temperature. Overall, I would recommend this hotel if you want a good quality, reliable, clean property but are not willing to pay the luxury prices for other options in town.
