Perfect Room

Everything was as advertised. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Plenty of space. Balcony view was amazing. Easy access to the pool and the beach. Kitchen area was large and useful. It suited us, 8 people, perfectly.

The condo is beautiful, but it lacked in amenities. Not enough towels, rash bags, toilet paper, etc. for the # of people we had. Just not really set up for large groups even though it is a large condo that fits a larger group.They were quick to respond to questions and concerns.

Overall, it is a great place. We were impressed with how cool it was! fabulous AC system! Loved the idea of a keypad for the door! There are a few disappointing issues. None of the electrical outlets worked in the first bottom level master bedroom or bath. The restroom door in the main floor is hard to open, it rubs on the floor. The grill which is one of the major reasons we choice this place is not working. Small thing, but the TV remotes batteries were dead! (a small pet peeve of mine).

A Little Bit of Heaven!

We enjoyed every moment at our Bells Sirena Resort stay. Our family of 5 had plenty of room to sleep and eat and we loved the 7th story penthouse view. There is so much to do with several pools and poolside bar and restaurant, along with daily beach walking and exploring the quaint downtown. We are already looking forward to our next trip to Rocky Point!

The room was exceptional except for a few things The bathroom rugs downstairs smelled of urine bad they probably need to be replaced Also we were excited to use hot tub which we found out was for owner use only but it was in the advertised pictures so that was a bummer for the price we paid for the room Also downstairs bedroom door handle was broken we were not able to utilize patio from the bedroom which was no biggie but would have been nice Otherwise the room is beautiful the kids had a blast at the resort and check in was super easy I would say overall for the price of the room some of those things should be available and fixed

Hot tub was not in use. Showers were dirty with grime and film of dirt. Door knobs in bedroom broken and unable to open to patio.

The condo is very nice. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and glasses and plenty of serving trays and bowls. It could use some additional dish towels and dish cloths. I’m glad we brought a wine bottle opener because we couldn’t find one anywhere. The property manager was very quick with assistance in getting the batteries replaced in the keypad. We only waited 5 minutes and someone was there to get us back in.
