Welcome to C31007. 10th floor complete with filtered drinking water and ice. This 2.5 bedroom 2 bath condominium can comfortably accommodate up to 11 guests. The condo features a King-size bed in the master bedroom, 2 full beds in the second room, and a Twin+Full Bunk Bed in the 3rd Bedroom + 2 single mattress beds. TV's in all rooms. The master bedroom and living room have access to the balcony. Large separate walk-in laundry room with full-size laundry facilities. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and granite countertops. Fantastic views from the 10th floor of this coastal themed condo.

Resort Amenities: Kids pool with water slides, Grande Jacuzzi, Exercise room, Game room, Wide Walkway to the beach and Grande sea side Palapa with pavers, lighting, gas grill; Individual sea side Palapas, Rental Check-in Area in Lobby, Free Parking, 24-hour security, 2 Elevators, 2 Swimming Pools with swim-up bar. We had so much fun at Playa Azul! This condo has been beautifully decorated, with lots of attention to detail. (We really appreciated all of the hooks for towels, bathing suits, and beach bags.) This room is perfect for families with kids and friends. The layout is well planned and spacious. The full laundry room with sink is also a nice bonus. The resort staff were all very friendly and attentive. Eddie, the bartender, was super friendly and helpful. The restaurant was actually better than expected. The water slides were so much fun for the kids and the adults! The pool area has plenty of loungers with shade. Our kids also enjoyed all of the options for beach games, as well as activities in the game room. I would highly recommend this room and resort for families!

Excellent Stay

Our stay was great. The condo was very clean and comfortable. I reached out to the owner a couple times for some minor things and owner responded quickly. The condo was great for our family. 4 adults and 3 children. The kids loved the pool and water slides and all the adults enjoyed the pool service (drinks and food). There were fruit vendors and a couple water activities available, as well. Being further away from town we weren’t sure if there would be any vendors.at all. Drive to town was about 20 min. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Very well decorated and appointed unit on a great property

The property is a little far from town (take about 30 mins to get anywhere) and the dirt/sand road to get there is fun. Parking is SUPER close to the elevator, elevator is SUPER close to the unit front door. EVERY unit has a view of the ocean. Water slides are really fun bonus for all. The WiFi was kind of spotty in our unit and we did have a problem with bats just outside our unit because the owner of the place mounted a surf board on the patio wall above the door that made for a perfect hiding place for them. They were a minor nuisance and the front desk sent someone up to take care of the issue each time we asked. While we were there, it wasn't very busy, staff was terrific, and the beach was excellent as well. Would definitely stay here again.
