Summary:

Luxury Condo Ground-floor at Esmeralda Beach Resort. Steps away from the swimming pool area, and a few more steps to the beautiful sandy beach. Resort with heated pool, lap pool, lazy river, jetted community "spool" hot tub, famous Diego's Tiki Bar onsite restaurant, fitness center, coffee shop and pub. Condo is complete with gourmet kitchen, spacious living room and dining room, all with ocean views. Plenty of beds for any size group and 3 full bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.



The Space:

Perfect master suite featuring a king bed with jacuzzi tub, ocean views and a large bathroom dual vanity. The 2nd bedroom has a king bed and ocean views, third bedroom has two queen bunk beds. The main dining and living areas feature a queen size murphy bed and a full size sofa sleeper for your use. Patio includes very nice furniture for relaxing and enjoying the views, an electric grill, a sink, and a cooler.



The Neighborhood:

The resort has fun onsite restaurants, coffee shop, ice cream store, 2 beautiful pools, one of which is heated, and community hot tub.



Our three-bedroom condo is nestled in the beautiful neighborhood of Sandy Beach in Puerto Peñasco. Sandy Beach offers a pristine coastline with soft, golden sand and a tranquil atmosphere, making it an ideal destination for a beach vacation.



As you step out from the condo, you'll find yourself just moments away from the inviting shores of Sandy Beach. Take leisurely walks along the coastline, sink your toes into the warm sand, or find a peaceful spot to lounge under the sun. The calm waters of the Sea of Cortez provide the perfect opportunity for swimming, splashing, and enjoying various water activities.
