Wonderful

The house was perfect, the beds were comfortable, BBQ grills on site, great rooftop views. The Commnication with David when booking the property was amazing, and I was also surprised that the property manager (Fernando) was so on top of making sure our stay was great and made it known to reach out if there was anything he could do to make our stay better. I really appreciated that extra touch. Thank you for letting us enjoy your wonderful home, we are looking forward to another trip soon!

Good and bad

The house and location are great and the description was accurate. Our issue was with "check in" and problems with various things around the house. I'm not clear what check in should have looked like but when we arrived the property manager wasn't there and we waited 50 minutes before he finally texted me the door code (even though we had been in communication via text up to that point). Since we weren't able to get in I told him I would call the owner which must have made him mad because although I texted him 2 more times during our stay, he never responded. The two things I texted him about were a clogged sink in the primary bedroom and the garage door which wouldn't shut (which left all of the owners property in that garage accessible to anyone). We didn't try and fix the sink but we did get the door to close. Also, almost all the light bulbs in the home were either burnt out or missing and we couldn't use the grill because it wasn't fully assembled and it was out of propane. There were several other annoyances but these are a few of the highlights. We won't stay there again. It's too bad because we liked the location and the home itself was very nice.

Spacious & Great Location

Loved how easy the check in process was! Property Manager Fernando was awesome and quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had! Traveled w/ a family of 8 and it was very spacious, and beach was very close to the house!!! Loved the parking and also loved that we had access to the garage since we did travel with toys. Our family would definitely consider this rental in the near future!

This home is steps from the beach with beautiful morning views from the balcony. Rooms are spacious with big TVs, kitchen is well stocked with almost anything you need. If I had to say anything negative (room to improve) maybe better couches in the living room and better water pressure in the showers.
