My room have two restroom but one restroom don’t have hot water. I turn on hot water for shower but it isn’t work

This is the second time we've stayed here. Everyone is friendly, the resort is very clean and safe. I will stay at Las Palimas again on future trips!

i loved the place, we went for 4 nights with my husband and little boys- its a beautiful resort and the beach access was extremely nice. the only thing we didnt appreciate was the AC in the condo was not working properly and the nights were very hot and sweaty.. not a good experience at all. the other thing was the TVs didnt work, with 2 little boys we could have used the tv to keep them entertained in the evenings while my husband and i shared a nice bottle of wine, but that was not the case unfortunately. but other than that. we had a great time.
