This expansive 4,000SF penthouse includes 2,800SF of additional deck space and a second upper âmargarita rooftop deckâ that has unparalleled views reaching from the Old Port to Cholla Bay and the stunning Sea of Cortez.
The gourmet kitchen provides everything you will need including Viking stainless steel appliances, an ice maker, warming drawer, Keurig and drip style coffee makers, various small
Appliances and pantry staples/spices. You can enjoy your meal at the breakfast bar, dining table for 8 or serve it out to the deck using the pass-through window off the kitchen. Be sure to slide open the retractable wall of windows in the main area and the owners retreat to enjoy the finest indoor/outdoor living by the beach!
The main balcony offers a luxurious tropical, palapa style motif with breathtaking ocean views, a private hot tub, fine outdoor furniture, a dining table, a propane barbecue grill and a mini fridge and plenty of patio seating and lounge chairs. The upper ârooftop margarita deckâ has top-of-the-world panoramic views and is simply like no other place in Mexico to have coffee or happy-hour and watch the sun rise or the sun set⊠both occurring on the same horizon!

The second bedroom has a king size bed, a smart TV, access to the patio, an en suite bathroom with a double vanity including a tub and shower.
The third bedroom has two queen size beds, a smart TV, an en suite bathroom with a single vanity and a bathtub and shower.
The fourth bedroom has a king bed, a smart TV, an en suite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk in shower.
There is a roomy laundry room with detergent and dryer sheets available, should you need them duringh your stay. We also provide our guests with beach toys, umbrellas, beach chairs, a beach wagon, tennis rackets/balls, a putter/golf balls and a pickle ball set, should you want to use them during your stay.
You will enjoy all of the comforts of home with linens, beach towels, bath soaps, hand soaps, mini shampoo/conditioners and other conveniences, which are all provided for you with this penthouse rental.
Secure Guest Access
Registered guests will have use of the entire penthouse with your own keyless entrance code and access to all resort amenities including all of the 5 swimming pools (2 heated), 2 public hot tubs, the award winning swim-up pool bar & grill, EV chargers, a state of the art fitness center with Peloton bikes, a tennis/pickleball court, putting green, palapa and several BBQ areas.
Upon arrival, our guests will be directed to the on-site check-in office for registration. If arrival is after 5 PM, the security gate staff will assist with your check-in.
After registration, guests may proceed to the Sea & Sky Penthouse. All parking is included in your stay. There is an underground, secured parking garage with 2 assigned parking spaces and extra parking available in the non-covered parking lots.
Other Amenities & Safety Features To Note:
The resort has 24/7 security with a guard gated entry. The entire resort has a master water purification system water and we also have a Reverse Osmosis (RO) system connected to the sink faucet, refrigerator and ice maker. We feature a commercial grade safe in the owners closet to store valuables during your stay. We have a strict maximum of 12 guests allowed. We do have quiet hours which start at 9 PM and are enforced by security to help you and other guests have relaxing evenings without being bothered.
