All in all, we had a great time for our first time in Rocky Point. We drove down from Phoenix and on the way got a text saying that there was an issue with the refrigerator in the unit and we might not be able to stay there. Once I talked to the property managers assistant, she assured me they were replacing the fridge and we'd be fine. One we got to the resort though, the front desk did not have our reservation (because the unit had been placed on a mechanical hold due to the broken fridge). So that was quite a bit of back and forth. We arrived at 3:30 (check in is 4) and were told it might be 30 minutes. Two hours later and we still were not able to access the unit. Once we finally did get in it smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. The property owner was apologetic but just said its nothing a margarita can't fix. And while those help, it was pretty disappointing to get our unit two hours past check in and then have it smell so strongly of cigarette, with no offer to give us a discount or make it right in any other way. Aside from that, the unit was clean, the property was nice, and the communication was quick adn responsive. The beds are extremely firm (and I LOVE a firm mattress) but my back would ache for quite a while every morning. We will stay at this resort again, but we will pick another unit.

We had a fantastic stay at Las Palomas! The condo exceeded our expectations. Everything was spotless and incredibly well maintained. The kitchen was especially impressive; very organized and fully stocked with useful items, which made meals easy and convenient. Beds were very comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was amazing (always a bonus!).The location was perfect—close to everything we needed. We were pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was being next to the elevator. We also made good use of the on-site grills, which were super convenient.The owners had excellent communication throughout the entire process, and we experienced zero issues during our stay. We’ll definitely be back!

Super fun stay!

Stayed here over spring break with my husband and teenagers. The rooms were well appointed with an adjoining spacious bath. Bunk room was small but served its purpose. Resort itself was clean with lots of security. Pools were great, access to beach was also wonderful. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Family Getaway

We stayed over President's Day weekend with 6 of us total.. myself, my husband, our 2 kids and his parents. The condo was PERFECT. The kids slept comfortably in the small bunkbed room while the adults each had their own space. The kitchen and TV area were extremely nice and comfortable. The view from the 12th floor was gorgeous and we had great afternoon sun. We loved going to the restaurants nearby, liked Wrecked on the Reef and Diegos, and going into town as well. Will 100% be back!

Fall break getaway

My husband, son and I stayed here for a fall break getaway. The condo was beautifully decorated and clean. We enjoyed meals out on the balcony while having a great view of the beach and ocean. Will be staying at this home away from home again !
