La Perla is a 4 bdrm 3 bath Ocean Front Beach Home.
She has a 1 bdrm 1 bath(4th bdrm) Sky Apartment
with kitchen on the property over looking the Sea of Cortez.
This property can be rented as a 4, or 3 bedroom vacation home.
The large 1 bdrm apartment can be rented as a separate unit. It has it's own access to the beach.
She includes a large Margarita Deck- SHADED. With Charcoal BBQ and sink accessible from the Casita walkway and stairs from the entry courtyard.

With the Casita, La Perla sleeps 15 in beds.
Oceanfront patios upper and lower span the entire length of home providing 24/7 shade, propane and charcoal grill.
This homes has multiple functions for your fun family beach vacation.
The Casita provides privacy as well as a 2nd kitchen for extended family or a fun teenager hideaway! Enjoy the cool breezes coming through the Sky Margarita deck and watch the beautiful sunsets from up above the other houses. The charcoal grill is up on the Margarita deck outside of the Casita. The propane down in the courtyard.
This Vintage Ranch Style home stays cool in the summer and warm during the cooler months. Complete with all new beds and 7 tons of new High efficiency A/C and electric heat.

Such a great house! Very spacious with the casita. So nice to step off the patio and right onto the sand. We stayed with two families, including teenagers, and had a wonderful time. The kitchen was well-supplied so we could cook a full Thanksgiving dinner. We have stayed here before and will be back again. The teenagers loved having their own space in the casita, to get away from parents. The neighborhood was so quiet at night. The sunsets were amazing. The skim boarding and shell hunting kept the kids occupied for days!

Memorial Day weekend

Absolutely loved the trip, the friends the family, all had a great time. There was plenty of room with 14 people, made sure we watched our water use and had no problems. The casita was an awesome set up with the upstairs patio for an area to hang out with the nice breeze blowing through and the view of the beach. The nearby Walmart made it easy to get additional food and supplies. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay!

We had 12 people from under one to 63 years old and the space was lovely for all! The location on the beach was beautiful and we felt like we had it all to ourselves. We usually rent at Las Conchas, and it’s a bit further out - but no biggie. Very peaceful and the manager was patient and helpful.

Tranquil, much-needed trip

Although difficult to find at first because the house number and name of the property are not clearly marked on the front of the house, a quick text to the property manager led to a quick response and we were inside and relaxing quickly. This home was perfect for our needs, and we very much enjoyed the idyllic quiet of Playa Encanto.

Beautiful beach

Everything was super clean. Only possible complaint is the oven is a little old and didn’t work perfectly. We figured it all out though. AC worked great. Host was great. Answered any questions we had very quickly. Really nothing bad to say. When we go back we’ll be going back to this house, if available.

La Perla

We had a great time at La Perla. It's about 15 minutes past Las Conchas. We drove the road at night which can be a little tricky. The extra wait was worth it. Great house for a family trip. 14 beds total! The house was comfortable and functional. Every room has an individual AC unit which is great in the summer! The patio had plenty of seating for us. The beach was beautiful, clean, and unpopulated. Overall we had a great weekend here.

Swell Beach Getaway!

Spacious, clean, great open beachfront views from home and patios and an upper shaded deck too. Host let us stay for a discounted price because there was only 2 of us. The rest of the family was next door and we just needed another room. Thank you for the very nice staycation!

Great Mexico Rental

The property was perfect for our group. The inside was clean and had everything we needed. The exterior of the home had a few items that need fixed. The exterior upstairs grill needs repairing and the patios need to be cleaned. Other than these few issues, we had a great time at this property.

We love Playa Encanto!

Playa Encanto is the best beach in puerto Peñasco / rocky point! Not many people on the beach so it’s nice and secluded. We have stayed numerous times at La Perla and it’s an awesome house! Has everything you need and a separate casita if you want to book that as well. Highly recommend the property. The host is very accommodating as well. Clean property. Looking forward to coming back!

Family vacation

Really nice well kept home. Kim and husband very respectful and responsive to anything we needed. The beach was a very low key and not as busy as around the resorts which is great and more peace at mind when having the children but you still get the vendors that come through which is great.

Amazingly peaceful

The house and location were amazing. The beach is so beautiful and clean. There are no rocks on the beach and the sand was so soft. It's the perfect beach to wake up early and take a relaxing walk. You can find so many cool sea shells (my daughter loves it) now the house.... it's very cozy and comfortable, it gives you the feeling of being at home. The kitchen isn't the biggest but it was still very nice. We cooked dinner every night we were there. Master bedroom had very large bed with a bunk bed and its own restroom. Second bedroom had two smaller beds and shared restroom with 3rd bedroom which had two bunk beds(children's room). There is a separate apartment that we had access to which was very nice except for the fact that there were 2 bunk beds in there we would have rather had one larger bed and a bunk bed or just one bed in there but we made it work. Overall we would very much stay here again. Kim and barney answered any questions promptly and made sure we had plenty of drinking water also. There were 12 of us and had no problems with running low or running out of water for the property. Highly recommended. *no washer or dryer

Great house

So much room & the set-up is amazing for families/little kids. Everything you need for cooking is already there & they even have blenders! The iron fence that is pictured (that closes in the cars) is no longer there but the neighborhood is so super safe & it wasn’t a big deal to us.

Beautiful and Peaceful

Loved this place! The beach is sandy no rocks which is a huge plus. Took my toddler to celebrate his 5th birthday and we all enjoyed the house. Town is not that far of a drive. Vendors come too you so it’s still easy to enjoy a fruit bowl or a Pina colada on the beach. We will definitely be returning for bike week.

We enjoyed staying here!

The house had enough beds to sleep our 15 guests comfortably. The beach was amazing without any rocks. It was a little further from town (about 20-25 min) than we normally stay but it was very quiet and peaceful. I enjoyed renting from Kim and we will definitely rent from her again!
