Great location for a family getaway

We had a great time at Barbara’s place! The location was perfect with gorgeous views from the patio. The Princesa is a great resort and we love the restaurant and amenities. Barbara was very responsive and even helped us ensure our photographer could get on the property for family photos. We appreciated the beach towels and toys. The roll-away and ottoman bed made perfect kids beds so that all my kids could sleep peacefully in their own bed. We loved our stay!

Wonderful!

Barbara is definitely the top renter I have ever rented from. She is communicative, gives you all of the necessary information, and is more than generous with check-in and check-out time, which is unheard of these days. I would book her lovely unit with gorgeous views again in a heartbeat! All three of us had a fabulous weekend and appreciated the opportunity to stay in this little slice of paradise.

Great stay and hope to repeat!

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo! We had stayed many times at Princesa but never in the A section and it felt like being in a completely different experience. It was great being able to relax and the patio and look directly down on the beach to see what was going on and check on the kids. The room was really clean and well appointed and Barbara has been a pleasure to communicate and work with and we hope to rent from her many more times in the future! Checkin was a piece of cake and hassle free and overall just allowed us to enjoy our vacation without any of the travel related hassle.

Have been staying at this location for a few years now. This place feels like home every time, my kids enjoy every second of it. From the moment you sign in at security they treat you like family. Complex always has someone available to help you unload and security is available all day. Barbara is always focus on making it a perfect and comfortable stay. Highly recommended. Les recomiendo esta localización. Mi familia y yo hemos usado este condominio por 3 años y siempre se siente como en casa. Mis ijos disfrutan cada momento. From the moment I booked my stay I knew it would be the best experience in rocky point. Barbara got in contact with me and stayed in contact during our stay. I have traveled to rocky point for many years at times every month from May to October. By far this place surpassed my expectations. Was so clean, well taken care of, the rooms are well clean and well taken care of. The air conditioning works amazing. The view to the ocean probably the best one you could get at princesas. If I could give a 10 star I would. —————————————————————— Desde el momento que reserve el condominio supe que sería la mejor experiencia en puerto peñasco. Barbara se puso en contacto con migo y estuvo en contacto con migo durante toda las vacaciones. El lugar esta súper limpio, los cuartos súper limpios y cómodos y la vista al mar quisas la mejor en princesas. Si pudiera darle 10 estrellas se las diera. Lo recomiendo no te arrepentirás.
