DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!
The condo is NOT being maintained in any way and is in serious need of TLC. I have never stayed at a rental in such poor shape. When we arrived there were SEVERAL maintenance issues that needed to be fixed. The big issues that we had to deal with were no hot water, no heat and the refrigerator did not get cold. The lights in the bedroom didn’t work, the outlets in the bathroom didn’t work and only one of the outlets in the kitchen worked. The door handle fell off when we tried to open the main door to the condo. The furniture was in decent shape, but the paint is peeling off the ceiling. The blender was missing the top. When we called the numbers provided to us, none of them worked so we had to send an email and wait almost 24 hours to get a response. They did get someone out to the property almost halfway through our trip but by then our ice had fully melted and some of our food had to thrown away. Maintenance ended up spending several hours there making repairs but only got a few things going. They were able to fix the big issues and the door handle and the bedroom light, but it was halfway through our trip before these things were taken care of and we had a maintenance man in our condo for several hours. They defrosted the refrigerator which ended up leaking water all over the kitchen floor so it made the kitchen unusable for several hours. We ended up driving to town (which is 30 minutes away) for dinner since we had someone in the kitchen tearing the refrigerator apart.
