The property is composed of two distinct buildings — the East and West — offering a total of 11 suites with 16 beds in all. The East Building features four King Suites and four Double-Queen Suites, while the West Building offers one Master King Suite and two Queen Suites — altogether, five King beds and ten Queen beds. For reservations of up to 16 guests, your group will enjoy exclusive use of the entire resort, with the flexibility to tailor which suites are opened and serviced according to your group’s size and preferences — maintaining the perfect balance of space, comfort, and privacy.

Inside, you’ll find sun-filled living spaces designed in a modern-rustic coastal style, blending natural textures, warm tones, and local artistry. Outside, unwind by the heated pool, relax in shaded lounge areas, or stroll through lush gardens to the rooftop terrace, where panoramic views invite moments of connection and ease. Every corner of Paz del Mar is crafted to inspire relaxation and togetherness.

For guests who love to dine, private chef service for breakfast and dinner is included with your stay. Simply bring the ingredients you prefer, and our chef will prepare personalized meals in the professional kitchen. Full-service catering is also available upon request for an additional fee. Guests are welcome to use the elegant outdoor kitchen, featuring a large grill, burners, and a flat-top griddle, along with filtered water and ice. Please note that the indoor commercial stove is reserved exclusively for the resort chef.

Your stay also includes daily housekeeping, purified water and ice, ample parking (including bus- and trailer-friendly space), and access to an EV charging station (autopay system). On the top floor of the West Building, you’ll find a fitness room, game room, and reunion room available throughout your stay. Our dedicated concierge is happy to coordinate local excursions such as sand-dune tours, whale watching, fishing, snorkeling, and cultural experiences throughout Puerto Peñasco.
