We stayed with another couple and loved the home. Often times when you share expenses someone get the short end of the stick when it comes to bedroom assignments. The bedrooms in this home are identical. Each room has a sliding glass door to the beach. The home was very clean. It is right on the beach. I highly recommend this home.

Host always responded in a timely manner. The beach was beautiful. Only thing there were a lot of mosquitos which surprised me. We really enjoyed our visit and will definitely come back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed at this house several times over the years. It's a great location along Las Conchas and supports a single family well. But, a few things. First, nobody had anything good to say about the beds. Hardest mattresses ever. Second, some things would have been nice to have, like a baking sheet, stocked spice cabinet, and a DVD player.

Hidden Gem in Rocky Point

The "cottage", compared to the mega-mansions in Las Conchas, was wonderful. Small, intimate, cozy, right on the beach!! Well furnished, clean, comfortable, quiet. I will visit again and again.

Love Playa Romantica

This is our second time staying at Playa Romantica. We love the location of the home. It is close to town and the beach is right out of the back door. We will be staying here again!

Can’t beat the location but property needs some TLC. The patio furniture was sun rotted and my son fell through the lounger shortly after check in. Screen doors on patio off track furnishings very outdated and in need of repair. Ad needs to be updated the kitchen and bathrooms have been updated but there is no washer dryer now.
