We stayed with another couple and loved the home. Often times when you share expenses someone get the short end of the stick when it comes to bedroom assignments. The bedrooms in this home are identical. Each room has a sliding glass door to the beach. The home was very clean. It is right on the beach. I highly recommend this home.

Can’t beat the location but property needs some TLC. The patio furniture was sun rotted and my son fell through the lounger shortly after check in. Screen doors on patio off track furnishings very outdated and in need of repair. Ad needs to be updated the kitchen and bathrooms have been updated but there is no washer dryer now.

Hidden Gem in Rocky Point

The "cottage", compared to the mega-mansions in Las Conchas, was wonderful. Small, intimate, cozy, right on the beach!! Well furnished, clean, comfortable, quiet. I will visit again and again.

Love Playa Romantica

This is our second time staying at Playa Romantica. We love the location of the home. It is close to town and the beach is right out of the back door. We will be staying here again!

Nice place on beach but issues

Enjoyed our stay even though there were some small issues, ie. bugs, ran out of water, many lights out, outdoor shower broken, & more. This is a small, economical rental so don’t expect extras (dishwasher, washer/dryer, water toys, nice furniture). Sorry but I would not rent again.

A Dream!

It was as advertised... Playa Romantico! Easy to follow the directions to a location that felt remote and private. The Oceana office was a great help. Would love to come again. Bedrooms on opposite sides of house with bathrooms was a plus. A jug of water would be our only suggestion.

Perfect spot!

After dealing with Covid and cancer I loved getting away with an old friend. The 2 bedrooms and 2 baths worked perfect. Beds comfy. Plenty of towels and throw blankets. The view out the living room sliders was to die for. Kitchen was stocked to meet our needs. Bring water. Heaters worked fine. If you are looking for up to date decorating and furniture this isn’t your place. Suggestions would be bigger tv and some comfy decent patio furniture. We both would stay here again as the price and location were perfect.

Perfect getaway

Beautiful beach house with a split floor plan on the beach. Beds are firm; you'll need to bring beach towels and toys. There was a circuit board failure with the oven and stove had a missing knob, but the folks at Oceana Management were willing to assist with any issues - and we deferred since our visit was short. House was very clean upon arrival and we look forward to returning to the area at another time. We would recommend this house :)
