Princesa A101 Fresh Remodel, Directly on the Beach

Step right onto the beach & into the ocean from the patio of this freshly renovated first floor corner Princesa Condo, Unit A101. Take a short walk to Colin's Cantina, a favorite spot for tasty food and delicious drinks for both visitors and locals.

This completely renovated condo features a new gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, designer appliances, reverse osmosis drinking water system, and amenities that will satisfy the most discerning chefs. Utility bar and large counters will make your stay comfortable and luxurious. All new bathrooms outfitted with the best fixtures available will make you feel pampered and relaxed as you get ready to hit the beach or the night life which is surely amazing.

This condo is equipped with a coded door. You will enjoy self check-in after registering with security. The code will be given to guests 1 day before arrival in the check in instructions. It is important to get this door code as the resort does not have access to the unit.

This is a rental managed by Pisolino Rentals. Please direct all questions to the management company through the AirBnB app or by calling the numbers provided in the app. Speak directly to the HOA office if you have any questions regarding the resort. Above all, be respectful of staff, other guests, owners and HAVE FUN!

Please note that a $300 security deposit hold will be placed on your payment method the day before your arrival, and will be released within 7 days if there is no damage.

Condo was redone Attractively, At first appearance it looked beautiful. As you spend more time you noticed some needed repairs, such as cabinet knob in kitchen & screen door, toilet seats & needed to hold to flash.Our hostess was professional and accommodating as we were out of hot water for five days. Before the water repair it took 7 to 10 minutes to get hot water, after fix, much better. Host offered us another place to stay, for the 5 days, which was wonderful, but didn’t work in our plans.So he added two days more for free daysand we appreciate that.That location of the condo is perfect except almost every owner has dogs When they came around our corner in front of our condo they did their business.The resort really should have a “dog round” as all the dogs get free time on grassy areas around the pools, most all-around leashes, though.All in all we would rent again, as we totally loved being that close to the beach.Thank you

I believe that if you’re going to go to the beach, you should stay as close as you can to the ocean. This updated, clean unit provides instant access to the beach while serving as a haven for the times that you need rest. With nine restaurants within a five minute walk, it truly has the best location in Rocky Point. The Princesa is special because the owners are kind and Colins Cantina is a vibrant, delicious hangout. The communication about the unit was consistent and timely and will definitely rent here again.

Overall, it was a great day. The location was beautiful. Had View. The host was very understanding and welcoming a few things that needs to be tied up that was already dressed with host, and said he would take care of it, but I do recommend this location. the condo was remodeled, and just Beautiful.

We had an amazing stay at John's condo. It was super clean, new, and beautifully decorated. Check in was simple since we were sent the door code the day before. We have stayed many times at Princesa so we knew what to expect at the security gate.
