Welcome to this amazing 2-story penthouse condo with 3 bedrooms and 2-bath, located at the beautiful Princesa de Peñasco Resort. Walk in and immediately take in the view from the main floor balcony. Head upstairs and enjoy the breathtaking views from the oversized top floor patio. Endless views of the sea of Cortez and amazing nightly views of old port. The resort has 24-hour security on-site; BBQ grills with granite tables, 3 swimming pools, a convenience store, gym, and restaurant with many things to offer. This unit accommodates up to 8 people, 6 adults and 2 kids, this would be perfect for multiple familyŽs. Upon entry, you have a beautiful kitchen on your right-hand side. Equipped with all the major appliances such as a dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, refrigerator, oven stove, etc. It also includes dishes such as plates, glass cups, coffee mugs, and silverware. As well you have the laundry room by the kitchen with a washer and dryer. Dining room table and bar. The living room has three beautiful couches with a big size flat-screen TV for all your entertainment; all TV's are flat screen in each bedroom as well. There are 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor. The first bedroom is upon entry to your left-hand side equipped with a queen-size bed with a flat-screen tv, ceiling fan, and lamps. 2nd bedroom has the same features as a king-size bed in the room. The master bedroom is located upstairs on the 2nd floor. The master bedroom is equipped with a comfy king-size bed. A full size futton is also in the master bedroom. This whole unit has the free unlimited Internet to surface the web all day. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet to feel home with all your comfy clothes. The master bathroom has he and her sink to wash up. This unit has one of the biggest back patios on the resort. It has a breathtaking view of the ocean. The resort includes a convenience store in the lobby. Where you could find beverages, ice, food, and wines. As well there is a restaurant on the premises. Where they serve great, delicious meals. Such as burgers, tacos, nachos, and much more. You also have access to the 3 pools it has to offer along with a few Jacuzzis. Amazing condo and resort to come to stay for a weekend and make unforgettable fun memories with family and loved ones. D-508 is the best choice you can make you won't regret it!

Family vacation

What a wonderful trip! Princessa de Penasco is a beautiful property and our room was perfect! The pictures do not do it justice! This is an amazing deal for the price. A beautiful beach, beautiful property and friendly staff. The grounds are very clean and well maintained and the Casago staff were super friendly. We had a small hiccup due to an error with the Vrbo online booking and they went about and beyond to help us straighten everything out. I can highly recommend this property! We had everything we needed and had a wonderful time! We will definitely be back!

LOVED OUR STAY

We loved our stay everything was accurate to post , only issue we came across that wasn’t clear was the property manager didn’t communicate with us as far as how to check in so we had to figure that out ourselves. No manager ever checked in with us .. The Views were amazing only complaint was the second story didnt have no A/C but our stay was overall great since the weather was perfect.

Puerto Peñasco Run

This was my first time attending the Puerto Peñasco Bike Run and i will say that it was amazing. Our stay at this property and specifically this unit was beyond my expectations. Everything we needed was available and my only issue was that the unit had a slight smell of dirty sewer water. No complaints other than this and we appreciated the security.

The restaurant needs help!

Everything was amazing besides the restaurant. Went there twice to eat 2nd time we didn't even get service and sat inside. I also went in to get a coffee to go I asked the server he said ok. 15 minutes later still no coffee so I left. Other than that the condo was amazing very clean property was very well kept! Will stay again!

Beach Front/View

We enjoyed our stay at this location. The upper balcony was large with multiple seating options and outdoor cushions were stored inside the condo in between guest stays, so they were clean and in good condition. The furniture was not the same as in the picture, but better. Livingroom furniture was fairly new and in great condition. There was a full sized washer and dryer which is an upgrade from other units we have stayed in. We felt this unit was exceptionally clean (we gave the white glove test) and we felt very comfortable staying here. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

Property was great. The size of the unit is great for large families like us. The only con of the unit is the water pressure to the showers is extremely low.
