Quick Getaway
We had a good time at this property. It's hard to go wrong with a house on Playa Encanto. The kitchen set up was a little cumbersome with the fridge being in the corner like it was, but the only real negative about this property was the lack of a cutting board. It was impossible to prepare all of the salsas and things I wanted to make because I couldn't cut on their countertop. Besides that it was a good value. I would come back and just bring my own cutting board.

Fully loaded property
My family and I felt at home because the house had all the things that a normal household has. It was a very relaxing and comfortable house away from the noice of the busy city. I would rent this property again.

Reach out and get the code and wifi password before arriving or have their office location (main road across from Sams/Bodega). Beautiful house and location. Only one master has access to the beach. One is locked for the owners which we didn't realize. No washer dryer available anymore. DO NOT attempt to go up the outside stairs barefoot at night. There are some very sharp broken tiles and I lightly hit my toe and created a crime scene. All said, we had a very pleasant stay and will return.

Disappointed in VRBO for the first time!
This was the first (of many previous stays) that we found disappointing. The house was beautiful, but was falsely advertised: 1. No access to the washer and dryer (5 day minimum stay required - which we did) as advertised. 2. No hot water in the kitchen 3. 6 towels for 4 people - additional towels were delivered in a garbage bag and dropped on the front porch after we requested more towels. 4. No hair dryer as advertised. Outside garbage cans we overflowing - full from previous occupants. The property managers were pretty responsive, but pretty unclear on the arrival and entry process despite several emails asking questions. This was not what we expected, especially for the rate we paid. This was a disappointment and we will likely not return. I am doubtful VRBO or the owner will do anything with this review, but felt it fair to provide the information. Wes Dison 520-954-9366

A great stay!
This property exceeded our expectations. The place was outfitted with everything that we needed. Well stocked with towels and extra linens if needed. The kitchen had plenty of supplies for cooking. Beds were comfortable, furniture was good. Area was safe. The beach, right outside our door, was amazing. Communication with the property manager was exceptional and we are looking forward to renting this unit again in the future. The residence is NOT close to town….about 20 minutes away, but that was not a problem for us. We appreciated the quiet neighborhood.

Check in was a nightmare because Carmen sent email saying we did not need to get key at office...it was at the house. However thioyas was sent after 3PM and we were already in Mexico and unable to get the message...went to Kivoya office - locked. Unable to find property. It was a mess and delayed our arrival by more than an hour. Could not get TV to connect to watch a movie. Could connect to internet but could not open any site. The house was very clean...great appliances. Disappointed ensuite bedroom was closed...that left one bathroom for three bedrooms. Not good. Was unaware 4th br was not available. Lots of water was available..pleased with that, but it was a great waste of water to wait for it to get hot...
