Unit was well-equipped and nice with great views from the comfortable balcony. VRBO listing was inaccurate. It listed 2 king beds and 2 showers. One bed was a queen and one bathroom had a tub which was very concerning to step over. I sent these concerns to the property manager and they were very responsive.

Check in was a nightmare. The condo itself is ok. Master bathroom shower and sink drain backing up was the only issue. Would have been nice to know the swim-up bar was under construction.

Updated, great location!

Only thing to note is front door and slide door were a little rough to open and close but it could have been related to humidity and wind. Besides that, condo was as described and pictured, updated and nicely decorated! We especially enjoyed the living room, comfy beds, and comfy loungers on the balcony. Will consider staying again!

Beautiful property but incorrect description

The room was clean and beautifully decorated. Check in was pretty simple but they made all the guests go get their bracelets which was a little annoying since we arrived separately. Security takes their job very seriously which is a good thing but they did ask us to go inside from the patio at 10:00pm on a Saturday. We were listening to music but not super loud, but it wasn’t a big deal for us we were going to bed around that time. On the description it said there was a sofa bed and crib, which were not available. It also said 3 bedroom but it is only two bedrooms. The sofa had a large ottoman but my guests ended up sleeping on the sofa not a sofa bed. Other then that we would love to go back it was a beautiful trip. There was laundry soap but only enough for one load and one roll of toilet paper per restroom so we went and bought extra toilet paper and trash bags.

Well keep condo. Nice resort. Check-in and Check-out was SO easy and quick. All employees were friendly and helpful. Only complaint was master bathroom shower would not drain, and there was no extra toilet paper rolls and the condo,

We’ve been to RP before and have even stayed in another unit at Sonoran Sea, but this unit by far was the nicest. Beautifully updated unit with all the right amenities. My only complaint was that we could hear the music from the neighboring Clubs until the wee hours of the morning, but that’s not something the owner can change. It was spring break, so to be expected. All in all great unit, beautifully updated, amazing views! Don’t hesitate to book.

Very nice condo. Nicely upgraded and very comfortable. Had to call maintenance to turn on the hot water but that was fixed in a matter of minutes.

Pretty condo but no hot water in master bath, lots of construction noise next door and early in the morning. Walls are missing lots of artwork. Nails are still there though. Jug of water but no water machine . Otherwise everything we needed for the most part.

E302 is a lovely unit with morning sun and afternoon shade. We've stayed at the Sonoran Sea many times and in different units. M y reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the construction noise in the unit next door- VERY loud at times as they drilled up old flooring in both the unit & patio . It would have been nice to know about this before we arrived.
