Sonoran Sky 1406 Endless Summer Paradise Adorable Oceanfront Condo

This 1 bedroom Sonoran Sky condo offers its guests an intimate place to stay that mirrors the Resort itself. The Sky is a single tower Resort, meaning you share its beauty with fewer guests.
Bedroom offers a king size bed and a queen size pull out in living room sleeps 4 max.

The well designed Sky does have a full complement of in house touches that make it a complete destination. Completely secure, guests will find a Spa, modern workout facility, BBQ and playground area, as well as a convenience store. Taking advantage of its place right on the beach, the Tiki Bar and swim-up Bar both immerse you in the day's activities.

The unit itself features a 1 bedroom suite, with its own washer and dryer. The kitchen is a high-end mix of granite and dark wood. The main living area opens out to the incredible vibe of the terrace and the views beyond.

NOTE: There is no balcony BBQ, there is a designated area on the 3rd floor for the use of charcoal grills and playground for small children. (Charcoal is not included, for sale at convenience store).

The built in Jaccuzzi on the Virtual tour does not work It is not available for use.

Great week at Rocky point

Nice unit great views pool was great. House keeper were thru daily. unit could be stocked a little better had 5 irons but no top to the ironing board. Master window is right next to the elevator so a light sleeper might be woke up a couple times. would be nice if the hot tub was fix or torn out for more deck space. sliding deck door would not lock i did let them know at check out. would stay with them again but different unit .

Great Place for a Family Stay

Nice property, spacious rooms and comfortable place to stay. The pool area was very nice and the umbrellas and lounge chairs on the beach were nice. The beach area was good with nice sand and no reef, will definitely book here again.

Great time!

We had a great time and enjoyed the resort. The room was clean and comfortable. A couple things for the next guests: There was a pull out couch, but no bedding for it. The water pressure in the shower was low and fixtures could possibly just need to be replaced, but we got used to it and it was okay. The only thing I can really complain about is the restaurants on property closed early a couple times we tried to eat. It was not good as we didn't have transportation and one instance it was 8:30 at night, so leaving the resort was not an option. My daughter stayed in a separate room and had a wonderful experience, as well. We were overall pleased and definitely would come back!

Bare Bones

Unit was not well maintained. Basic items typically found in other units and rental properties were not provided. There was no hot water- shower nozzles not properly installed- Check in was long and disorganized. The facility had non working hot tubs. Management was non responsive both during our stay and failed to reply to our communication afterwards. Very disappointed as we have stayed at this property when it first opened and can clearly see the decline.

Only things I would ask for is to have a second wash cloth(there was only 1 for myself and my girlfriend to shate) and if possible get a little bit strong water pressure in the shower.

Sufficient unit I've stayed in better

This unit was sufficient but had several items lacking. I cook a lot when I am in Rocky Point and have stayed in several units that have been well equipped. This one was lacking in terms on dishes/bowls and cooking utensils other than flatware. The fan above the stove blower did not turn off. The dishwasher wash not attached to the counter and fell on me twice when I pulled out the drawer. The bed was terribly uncomfortable to the point I left to sleep on the sofa which was also uncomfortable. The air conditioning did not allow you to set it below 70 degrees. The patio was lacking as it only had a small bistro set of furniture so we were unable to eat out on the patio. As far as the resort it was nice as usual. Pool was perfect temperature and clean. The Sea of Cortez was beautiful and the beaches were clean. I will stay again at The Sonoran Sky but not in this unit.
