Nice stay, but I wont be back

Beautiful apartment and super comfortable for a family of 4. Nice views from all rooms and good proximity from the beach. I just wish they provided some important basics like a dish wash sponge, sample size laundry detergent, extra dish wash detergent, shower gels (mini sizes would do!), also there was no blow dryer! Luckily we brought one with us by chance. Also both beds were super comfortable; however the sheets were not that comfy and needed to have deeper pockets since they kept coming off. Overall it was good and the location is great; however, the kids slides had no guard on duties or anyone to monitor the kids as they go on it which could result in accidents. Food on site is just ok! This unit is not suitable for small kids due to no screen on windows and low balcony railing.

Great place but was charged for something we didn't do

Great cozy place to stay, beautiful beach view, with easy beach and pool access. Everything was mostly clean besides some doors and door handles that we had to clean ourselves because there looked to be blood present. We really did like staying here and the resort, until the resort automatically charged us without notifying a "damaged property" charge. When we asked, they sent us a picture a couple days later stating it was a clear bin crack inside of the refrigerator. I was super shocked, as we didn't put anything heavy inside the fridge that would cause a crack like. When we emailed the owner of the home and the hotel, no response back. Super disappointed, if I'm going to be charged for something we didn't do I won't be recommending this place nor this resort. Seems like they do this to everyone that stays there and not replace the clear bin.

We were pleased with our experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The beach was amazing. The only downfall was that there was no outside family allowed on site...and that was our reason for booking there. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Too Short!

The beach view, the accommodations were excellent. The restaurant in the resort was just ok. The massages were phenomenal. Highly recommend Sara and Eva. They are among the top and I've had a lot. The only issue we had during our stay was that we had to leave too soon and our stay was too short!

Gorgeous location!

This condo is one of the closest to the ocean with super views! It’s a great location in the front Baja building. Beds were really comfortable. Morning coffee and evening cocktails are beautiful. The front pool area is really close to the ocean with a negative edge pool with swim up bar. It’s beyond beautiful! No kids allowed in the front pool or hot tub. The back pool is fabulous for kids with 2 slides that our kids loved. The pools were pretty cold though. Would’ve been nice to have the heat turned up since it was busy spring break week. The food was great and very reasonably priced. Burgers and tacos and stuff kids love at a walk up restaurant and another sit down restaurant and also an upper level bar in addition to several pool bars. They have happy hour with 2 drinks for $5 on limited mixed drinks. The property is dated but the pool area with the view make up for it. It was pretty noisy but again, spring break so we didn’t expect quiet. Bring your own towels and a beach chair. Fun places and things to do: banana boats, jet skis, pirate cruise, bird island cruise. Restaurants: Wrecked on the Reef, Garufu’s Steakhouse, Banditos.

A Piece of Paradise!

We arrived about an hour before check in time, however the condo was all ready & set for us! The location is perfect and and property was beautiful.
