Overall, this was a disappointment.Good. Owner was extremely responsive. The views were spectacular. Roomy and clean.Not good. Guard house didn't have our reservation and delayed our check-in. Elevator very slow and small (had to wait for 3 'loads' of people to use it multiple times as I tried to shuttle our stuff up to the unit). Main pool was out of service most of the trip. Work happening outside all night 2 nights. Spectacular wrap-around balcony diminished by chunks of stucco missing. Grill looked rough with burn marks. Control room door wouldn't latch so remained open. The hot tub that convinced me to splurge on this expensive unit didn't work. (Owner tried to get fixed, but needed parts). The old Hitachi TVs very dated. Could never get living room to work. Dishwasher didn't work well. Hall bath faucet didn't work. 'Penthouse' description led me to believe top floor. It's 9 of 14. Not misrepresentation but worth adding to the listing to set expectations. 15 per day for the gym - worth noting in the listing.You are paying for the view, a lot of interior space, and a very responsive, helpful owner. My rating is 100% based on not meeting my expectations. I stay down there a lot and have found comparable views with better accommodations and atmosphere at a much better price. Again, the big balcony, the great views, massive interior, and an owner you can count on to be very responsive may make the price worth it for you. It did not for me.
