PRIVATE VILLA WITH RESORT ACCESS NEAR GRAND MAYAN, PUERTO PEÑASCO – Mayan Lakes Villa 52 is a beautifully decorated, Spanish-style private villa inside the exclusive gated Mayan Lakes residential community, just a 5-minute drive from the luxurious Mayan Palace and Grand Mayan Resort in Puerto Peñasco, Mexico. Overlooking a serene tidal estuary and wildlife sanctuary, this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers both privacy and full access to resort amenities, comfortably sleeping up to 7 guests (possibly 8 with children).
RESORT ACCESS – As a guest, enjoy access to five-star restaurants, a lazy river, multiple heated pools (including an indoor option), a full-service spa, kids club, tennis courts, and a fully equipped fitness center, plus a private beach. Golf enthusiasts can take advantage of discounted rates at the world-class Jack Nicklaus 18-hole golf course along the Pacific Ocean and estuary.
