This is located within a secure gated community and is spacious throughout and will serve as a fantastic place for a relaxing weekend or vacation, whether you are spending time around the communal pool, or go to the beach located less than 3 minute drive away. It is well located near all amenities: restaurants, supermarkets, beaches, etc. Only 5 minute drive to the Old Port and malecon area, shops and town center.
The Villa is completely furnished. Smart TV and WIFI are available. The kitchen is fully equipped and it has all what you need to cook a great meal. The Villa has 2 great bedrooms and 2 baths and will accommodate up to four people.

Water Pressure
The unit was fine. It has comfortable beds, kitchen is stocked with plates, glasses, silverware and coffee maker; however, the shower in the main bathroom has low water pressure. The water pressure in the master bathroom is non-existent. Water barely dribbles out. This was during our stay in November 2024.

Clean, quiet and safe
The check in process was smooth. The property is only accessed by dirt roads (mostly loose sand) and if you are a motorcycle makes things more difficult. There is a TV but there wasn’t access to any channels. There is a full kitchen no dishwasher but good stove and fridge. Couldn’t get the coffee maker to work so got instant coffee and just boiled water. The bed was comfortable but when I was there it was a lil cool and the heater/air con unit didn’t produce heat. I there was a small unit heater but didn’t use it. Just put an extra blanket on the bed and it was good. The towels were good quality and the shower was good. There were some lights that didn’t work so I got light bulbs but that wasn’t the problem. There was a neighbor lady that was very nice, helped with some things. Overall a pleasant stay, the property is in a gated community, felt safe and comfortable. It’s only two blocks from Capones pizza and only a couple of minutes from the malecon.
