“Simplicity”.... Our accommodation is good for couples, adventurers and business travelers.
Spacious 1 bedroom apartment is only a few minutes walk to 2 beaches. There are many places of interest to include a gym, casino, and many restaurants and bars. There is enough to do within walking distance that you don’t need a car, but taxis are available if needed.
Pool is located on the property. Laundromat is also on the property that will wash, dry and fold clothes for a small fee.

Newly updated apartment with fresh paint, smart IPTV, brand new stove top oven, new microwave, new refrigerator, and queen size bed.
Guest access
Guest have full access to the apartment and to the common areas, including the swimming pool.

Security Guard and cameras are located at the property.

Leaks
Our unit in Pyramid apartments was on the 2nd floor with 1 floor above ours. There were in total 8 leaks through the ceiling in our unit. It was very uncomfortable until the proper repairs were done. The whole property needs renovations to the roof and walls and windows. Toward the end of our stay the roof was being repaired. In our unit the king bed was comfortable as was the sofa. The kitchen was ok but could stand updating. The fridge is the kind with an inside ice box. It had a lot of ice build up. It should be changed to a newer type fridge. The bathroom desperately needs updating. It's tiny & outdated. Other units have been updated nicely. We will rent in Sosua next year for the 4th time at a more updated & suitable condo complex for our needs. We received a partial refund for our discomfort from Johnathan S who rents the unit out through VRBO and we are very happy with that. Over all, we enjoyed our 3 months in Sosua and give special thanks to Chris, Juan and Angel at Pyramid who did their best to.gelp regarding our leaky situation. We had no trouble contacting Johnathan in the US and hope he now has the right people to manage renters concerns & repairs.
