Fantastic condo at the Grand Venetian

The condo is fantastic, two ocean front bedrooms, decor is beautiful, simple and clean. The condo is well stocked with all the essentials you need for a great stay. Check was very simple and condo manger was very responsive before and after arrival. One of the cleanest condo’s I have ever rented. Can not wait to stay here again.

Great property

We stayed 8 nights in Dec. 2023. The checkin and checkout were smooth. There’s a phone in the lobby by the main elevator to call a cab back to the airport. Our host, Daniela, did a great job getting us settled in and handling all of our questions. The apartment is awesome. It’s big, clean and modern. Pools are beautiful. Never had a problem getting four chairs poolside. Shopping is close by and downtown is a cheap cab ride. It’s not an all inclusive so it’s quieter especially around the pools. As long as you aren’t looking for the activity level of an all inclusive, this place is definitely recommended. Make sure patios doors are closed tight if outside noise is ever an issue.

too noisy!!!!!

We just returned from spending a week at this property. The condo itself is nice and clean. However, we were unable to sleep multiple nights because of raging loud music and partying either in the nearby homeless encampment or the condo across from this one. One night the music finally stopped at 4 a.m. but then the dumpsters were emptied at 6 a.m. right outside our unit. We couldn't even find quiet to nap in the afternoons because of more partying. Although we liked the property, there is little within walking distance so we had to take cabs most everywhere. Disappointed that the excessive noise wasn't disclosed as that would have been a deal breaker for us.

Excellent Experience

The condo exceeded my expectations relative to furnishings, supplies and comfort. The second floor location is great as there is no need to use elevator and there is quick and easy access to pool/beach areas. The on-site restaurant is a real asset both for food and value. And a quick cab ride gets you to anywhere in Puerto Vallarta.

I would recommend it

It had everything we needed, but could use some more cutlery and bakeware as there was no bbq. Beds were comfortable and towels were soft. Noisy from the bar and parking lot next door, but manageable. The restaurant on site is fantastic! Great food and prices. Walking distance to a lot of other restaurants. Our only issue was the communication on check in. We had to wait to get into our room. I would highly recommend this condo.

Beautiful condo and complex

Everything was great. What I would change to make it perfect. Screens on the sliders, fix ceiling fan in master, ceiling fans added to balcony and a shopping cart buggy to wheel groceries back from the market. What’s up with the fascination of the dumpsters? Wonderful Place

The Grand Venetian was a great place, very conveniently located in Puerto Vallarta. It had great pools that were fairly warm and clean. The unit we were in was very clean and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The only problem was there was no TV in Guest Bedroom, nor did they have any cable or satellite service. It was all streaming.

The Grand Venetian property is in a great location and our time there was great and I would stay again BUT not in Building 3000. The unit is next to a very loud restaurant and road so music is played loudly until 2 am and morning activities with the locals and noise start at 6 am. Gerardo is wonderful.

We had a truly great time in this place. It is beautiful and spacious for a family of four. Very clean and well maintained. Perfect family place

This place is fantastic! It is very clean and well laid out and spacious. There are several pools that overlook the ocean and are great for kids because there are shallow areas in each of them. There is even a pool that gets some shade. You can order drinks and food to your pool chair which was both convenient and delicious. There is a supermarket that is a 7 minute walk away and several restaurants within walking distance. It was also very easy to take a taxi 15 minutes to the malecĂłn and downtown Puerto Vallarta. The condo was nice because it has great amenities but no loud music or organized games. It was perfect for relaxing.

Great Condo and Location

We spent 10 days at this condo: a couple of minor issues (internet went down, kitchen sink drainage hose popped out of the wall) but they were attended to right away. Can get a little noisy on Fri, Sat and Sun evenings with the music coming from the bar across the river, but it ends relatively early, so was not a major issue. Would highly recommend this condo and property!

A Well Deserved Paradise!

We had a fabulous time at the condo and appreciated the property manager's help with questions not answered earlier. The unit is very new and clean with spectacular views of the beach, river, and pools. We had to call two different times to get a water delivery for drinking, but never went without as it was delivered the same day. The toilet in the guest room was a slow flush but never backed up and overall it was a great condo. Appreciated the size and location. It was convenient to many eateries both fancy and fast for any type of family. Also, the Soriano food store/mall was close and made getting supplies very convenient. We loved it so much, we booked it again for next year. The 5 pool/hot tubs and the people staying there were all great. All in all a wonderful time.

excelente departamento pero no para persona en silla de ruedas

el departamento esta muy bonito, es grande y espacioso y en excelentes condiciones, tiene todo para pasar unos dias estupendos, quienes nos recibieron fueron muy amables .. las albercas estan lindas y los jacuzzis enormes , los jardines especialmente cuidados.. el departamento esta en una zona estupenda ...los atardeceres se ven increibles desde la playa todo es de 10! el servicio del restaurante que esta en el efdificio 2000 muy bueno ..sin embargo como el viaje era para mi papa que esta en silla de ruedas la experiencia no fue muy agradable para el ya que en realidad no hay las facilidades que pensamos. los baños no tienen ni la minima barra de seguridad y el edificio 3000 no tiene acceso a la playa y la alberca del mismo tiene solo escaleras asi que teniamos que ir al edificio 2000 para poder bajar a la zona de alberca y ademas el lobby esta abierto y el aire y corrientes que hay ahi para una persona de 90 años tampoco son muy favorables asi que lo teniamos que bajar por el estacionamiento lo que hace desagradable el acceso a las albercas y la playa en esa situacion. yo lo recomiendo ampliamente pero como dije no para alguien en silla de ruedas al menos en este edificio el 3000.
