Relaxing stay in La Cruz

The condo was in a lovely complex with large pool, hot tub and beautifully maintained garden, The condo itself was well outfitted and especially enjoyed the very roomy patio complete with bbq. Location was good, a 15 minute walk to shops and marina. Complex staff were very helpful and friendly. All in all a lovely spot to vacation.

Price is right!

We enjoyed our stay here, it was no frills and served the purpose of a great location near friends and the beach. Two bedrooms, both quite large and kitchen was good too. Pots, pans and equipment was great, brand new napoleon BBQ too. No dishwasher, as it states in the description. Hot water and great outdoor patios with day bed. The pool was awesome, heated and perfect for kids!! There was a hot tub that was HOT, and lounge chairs were great. We travelled with a 4 year old and felt safe, many expats living there. The location was close to the beach 5 mins from walk, and 15 mins walk into town. The restaurants in La Cruz are so good!!! La Braza,Tacos On The Street to name a few. If you’re looking for a no frills, great pool and great location be sure to check this spot out.

First time vrbo

We enjoyed our stay and the location was excellent! I felt lost at first... a small print out what would be helpful for first time tenants . This may include who to call for maintenance, cleaning ( if I didn't feel like it). An introduction to the area. Instructions on how to use lights, air conditioners, kitchen appliances, washing machines, TV's and WIFI/internet. Some things I feel a host could supply that would make stay comfortable would be : 1 - A dyson for easy clean up ( this area has lots of construction and therefore lot of dust) and a easy to use mop. 2 - Air fryer.. easier for cooking and safer 3 - instant pot: again easier and safer for cooking After the dust settles we did enjoy where we were. Signed : Broken in now.

La Joya rental

We really enjoyed our stay in La Joya. The unit was well equipped and has a wonderful view of the ocean, and we would love to say here again in the future. The only minor flaw is that the white sheet king bed sheets are threadbare and ripped and should be replaced. Would recommend this unit. Jo H

Great Property in Quiet but Convenient Location

I’ve stayed in Bucerias and Punta Mita before but never La Cruz. This property is located a couple of blocks from a quiet and beautiful beach. It’s a bit more of a walk to the plaza at La Cruz but it’s a very manageable walk. The property is very well maintained and secure. The guards at the gate are super friendly. The owners of the condos in the complex are a mix: some really friendly and some Karens at the pool. The condo itself is spacious and it has everything you need with comfy beds. The balcony is massive and receives lots of sun. We ate Tacos Junior across the highway about every second day. The bus to Bucerias is convenient as well. We took it several times with no issues. We had a great stay and this condo felt like home.

It is in a great condo complex, with a guard at the gate so is very safe. A missing was the advertised BBQ is very damaged and unusable, which was sad as we generally like our food BBQ. One burner on the gas store, left front does not work. The sound on the main TV has a broken speaker so the sound is very poor, and written instructions for operation of the TV would be a great help. The dishwasher does not work [which we had been made aware of upfront] .
