Everything was absolutely wonderful for our first visit to PV and area, and stay at the Marival Distinct Luxury Resort. It felt as though everyone working there was happy to make and keep us happy while on vacation at this beautiful property. The hotel's concierge (named Caesar?) was a friendly gentleman with perfect english who would call to check in that everything was to our liking. Marival Distinct is so clean that it sparkles! The cleaning and maintenance team work diligently around the clock, without being noticed or getting in the way of the guests. Without a doubt, the food and service at Marival Distinct is of the highest quality, and a highlight of the holiday. With several restaurants and bars to choose from, the selection, quality and availability of food and beverage is second to none. Similar to the incredible food, the service would always come with a smile, a friendly conversation and check in to ensure everything was suited to our liking. I'd like to personally thank Fatima, Elena, Edwardo, Benancio and Kevin for always providing professional and friendly service in the restaurants. I'd also like to personally thank Julio, Ruben, "Super" Mario and Victor for their outstanding service on our days at the beach. First class service at this first class resort! The rooms were modern, large and very comfortable. Looking forward to our next vacation at Marival Distinct in Riviera Nayarit!

Excellent rooms Very clean room and property Nice and helpful staff No buffet - difficult for family with young kids I always want my 5 starts hotel to have a coffee shop with light pastries. They don’t have it here. I go back for sure if the last two suggestions added to the hotel. We enjoyed our stay for sure.

Our room was clean, spacious and we had a beautiful view of the ocean and the sunset. The food was very delicious. We especially loved the chef's dinner as well as the special event that we attended. Highly recommend Insu, the rooftop bar with excellent food and beautiful view. The staff were friendly, happy and some are top notch! The shows are at the sister resort, Emotions. Some were really good and some were just ok. My main complaint is on the maintenance piece. The filtered water machine ran out of water and we called front desk but this wasn't replaced until 12 hours later. The housekeeping didn't always replace the food and drinks. The water pressure in the room was not good. We could not even use the tub because it would have taken too long to fill it up.

As the resort rate 5 star but some really disappoint overall waiter at restaurant in the hotel they nice and polite except coupe of waiter at the lemon crass restaurant they meant and rude even though we tip them some money anyway I would say this 5 star hotel can't stand with 5 star resort in Cancun that we were stay years ago for customer service

Staff were great and attentive & helpful; and they more than made up for some of the shortcomings of the property. The resort needs another option for dinner as the quality of restaurants at Marival Emotions is not up to the mark. Also, having to fill my own water daily rather than having my fridge stocked with mineral water bottles was a surprise. So too was being informed that snacks would not be replenished daily without a room charge. Not something that I've ever seen at other resorts. Also, for rooms that came equipped with a full kitchen, dinning table and washer/dryer, there were no utensils, dish or laundry detergent; rendering most of these amenities useless.

Great place to visit with awesome staff. Beach was a short walk on property with infinity pool and restaurants to add to the choices. The rooftop bar was fantastic and the staff was great, including Kevin. I’d say that the bartenders were really dialed in making premium cocktails using high end liquor.

The rooms are very clean and comfortable depending what room you stay in. The staff was ok sometimes very attentive other times you had to keep chasing them down to help you out also long waits for your food to arrive. One thing I did not like from the get was when you’re are checking in they try to get you to become a member they and get mad after you tell them you’re not interested. Overall the experience was ok definitely over priced very limited food selection. If you have kids I suggest looking elsewhere.

Enjoyed the all inclusive. Staff was great. Beach amenities and restaurant also great and convenient Recommend bring own pod detergent if doing laundry. It does not come with room, hotel charges per pod and it’s quite expensive.
