This hotel is noisy. You hear everything. The people in rooms next to you and above you. When I say everything I mean personal non-yelling conversations, bathroom movements, and pretty much anything else you can imagine. The hallway design contributes greatly to the noise - it funnels everything up and down the halls. The gym is subpar. 5 of 8 aerobic machines were broken. There was no bench for the dumbbells. The matting was old and was a slipping hazard. The entertainment staff didn’t carry the energy like most other resorts down there. No room service and you can’t take food to your room. The waiters and waitress were great - they hustle nonstop. The beach was also great - no rocks and not too crazy with pushy vendors.

Great spot, there was my wife and I plus our 4 kids including identical twin 3 year olds. We had two rooms that were always clean, great staff and even better food!! Will definitely go back.

Property is nice but rooms are dated If your room is on the outside it’s dark and noisy no need for a patio because you can’t sit outside In room mini bar service is poor Multiple requests for the club so do remained were useless The property and layout is fine but if you are looking for a beautiful ocean view from your room this will not be the right choice for you

Great place to stay.
The only thing that I would have changed is our shower was never hot ...luke warm at best. Our safe did not work either. I am sure if we would have complained they would have fixed both. Great place...Good food and entertainment....the people are exceptionally polite andvery accomodating.

This all inclusive resort is perfect for families. The dining options were many. The drinks were delicious. We had fun at the Neon party. My adult children loved the disco. The beach is swimable. There were plenty of chairs! Tipping got you top notch service! The entire place was immaculate!
