Great family vacation with many activities for all age levels. Only downfalls were the ability to get dinner at the steakhouse was impossible and the lack of room service was not great but bearable. The AC did not seem to work well anywhere. Restaurants and Bars were hot and room didn’t ever get cold. Needs some work on these things for sure, but for not being a palace level resort, I get it.

All Pools were too hot, air conditioners didnt work, Gym opens until 7 am, 13 year old kid cant workout with parents at the gym, there was a coacroach in the room, theres no desks to work with a laptop in the rooms, there is no bussines center in the hotel, there is no room service.

My family and I had an overall great stay. The staff were friendly, the hotel was modern, clean and well kept. The entertainment was good but needed more variety. The food was good and there was lots of variety but I found it a bit salty. I liked how most of that food was marked as I am someone who doesn’t eat pork.

Our stay was amazing, the staff is so friendly! They cleaned our room everyday. The bartenders were so fun and friendly . There’s always something to do. I would stay here again for sure .

The hotel is awesome do not have any complaints about it, except for the room shower, it does not have enough pressure and takes a while to take a shower, even harder when you come back from the beach with sand, needed to get some stuff but there are not any stores around

Overall was a good experience people most of the time were friendly and the entertainment team was always busy and offering things to for. a few downsides POOLS WERE HOT like hot tub hot bars were not very accessible (open around 10, two open during the day, only by the pool then they closed early and then lobby and other bars opened in evening, long lines) not enough areas to dine creating long lines, asked for towels was promised towels never came :/

It was our first time going to an all-inclusive resort and Riu Vallarta did not disappoint. We loved the location for the beach, plenty of activities to kill time with and food options were amazing.

We didnt get enough towels everyday, so i had to ask the room attendant. Not a huge complaint, but i needed to remind them. Food was decent. Alcohol was flowing, ao that was great! The line up to the steakhouse was similar to waiting at disney without a fast pass
