Dear Joe, Thank you for sharing your feedback, as it helps us improve our service. We offer you an apology if you felt as if our Vacation Club team were pushing you to assist to their presentation. Our Vacation Club Manager is already following up with your comments. In regards to the inconvenience with your housekeeping service, we would have loved to know you needed toilet paper and towels, as we would have sent them immediately. We have concierge service available to assist you since 7am until 11pm every day and a Manager on site 24/7. We apologize for any disappointment you may have felt about the denial of water equipment. However, this is for your own safety, we cannot lend any kind of equipment when there is purple flag at the beach, we do this to avoid any accident as our guests` safety is our priority. Dear guest, We regret any inconvenience regarding your room location; kindly we advise that if you are not happy with it, we are willing to switch rooms for your best comfort. Unfortunately, some sections don't have an elevator, but those suites are more prominent with a great view.
